Senior Project Manager

We, Interexy, specialize in mobile application and web services development for both tech startups and established enterprises across the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media, and Blockchain.

Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a  Project manager (Senior). We introduce you as a proactive, organized, and analytical project manager who prioritizes thoughtful planning before taking action. You excel in adapting to changing circumstances without compromising quality and possess the ability to effectively navigate projects, ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders - the client, the team, and yourself.

What you’ll need to do:

• communications both with the customer and the team;
• plan timelines and team workload;
• сoordination of work yellow throughout the entire development cycle;
• work with changes, work with a risk register and manage it properly;
• work with a budget and prepare the necessary documentation and reporting;
• be a scrum coach to a team.

What is important to us:

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in both outsourcing and product companies.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1).
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile), technologies, and processes.
• Experience working with English-speaking customers from the US, UK, and other regions.
• Proven success in delivering web and mobile applications.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with experience managing at least 3 projects from inception.
• Ability to create mockups.
• Technical background with coding, construction, and architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (such as Jira and others).
• Familiarity with Blockchain technology is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to be a confident leader within the team.
