We offer a range of tools and resources aimed at enhancing users' career prospects and professional development.

3.2. You may log in using your Google account via Google OAuth or your LinkedIn account. By doing so, you authorize us to access certain account information from these platforms, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

4.1. You agree not to:

6. Account Termination

Dartassist employs fraud detection mechanisms to protect the integrity of our service and the security, data and privacy of its genuine users.

• We reserve the right to deny service and block any accounts suspected of fraud.
• The final decision in fraud-related matters rests solely with Dartassist.
• In cases of suspected fraud, Dartassist may:

• Void the privacy policy for the specific account(s) involved in fraudulent activities.

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user account immediately, without prior notice or liability for other reasons as well.
• Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Abuse of the Service
• Any other reason deemed appropriate by Dartassist

6.2. Effects of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• Any ongoing subscriptions will be canceled.
• Dartassist is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dartassist, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• These limitations apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, whether or not Dartassist has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7.2. No Guarantees of Outcomes

• Dartassist does not provide any guarantees or warranties that users will:

• Obtain employment
• Secure better career opportunities
• Achieve any specific professional outcomes

• Users acknowledge that the Service is only one of many factors that may contribute to career outcomes.
• By using the Service, users implicitly agree to this understanding and accept that their success depends on various factors beyond Dartassist's control.

7.3. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Payments and Refunds

9.1. Dartassist has a no-refunds policy, as users are provided with sufficient trial credits to evaluate the service comprehensively.

9.2. Users can cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation is straightforward and can be done using either the app or by sending an email to support@dartassist.com.

9.3. Upon cancellation of a subscription, users will not be charged for the next payment cycle, but will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• The choice of law does not affect your rights as a consumer according to the consumer protection regulations of your country of residence.

11.2. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through the following process: a) Informal Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations. b) Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may initiate mediation by providing written notice to the other party. c) Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, any controversy or claim will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11.3. Class Action Waiver

• To the extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.
