School Policy Reminders

To ensure the safety of all students, we have procedures in place for arrivals and departures.

Visitors Entering the School:

• All parents and guardians are required to enter the school through the main office entrance. You will be greeted in the vestibule by a member of our administrative staff.
• If you need to speak with a teacher, our admin team will contact them on your behalf.
• Please note that visitors are not permitted beyond the office area into the hallways or classrooms without express permission from the principal, vice-principal, or a designated staff member.

Early Pickup Procedure:

1. Parents/Guardians must notify the school of their child being picked up and who will be picking them up.

2. The person picking up students MUST present themselves in the office.
3. Students will wait in their classrooms until the admin contacts classroom teachers that students may report to the office. Students are not permitted to wait in the office until teachers are contacted.
4. Students must report to the office and sign-out of the school, indicating their name and the departure time

Contacting Teachers:

We kindly ask that you do not text teachers on their personal cell phones during school hours, as they will not have access to their phones. If you need to contact your child, please call the office. If you need to get in touch with a teacher, feel free to call the school and leave a voicemail on their extension or email them directly.
