Phase 1 Planning                                        (1210-1220)

• How are we going to split up work (layer or feature)

• Going to do it by feature

• Chris is going to build the branch that had a lot of work, to see if that work will impact us too much
• If the branch is usable, we will take a look at partially finished features and try to complete them
• If not, then we will look at the current architecture
• We have to read up on the design document and compare to the current system

• Look into how we can refactor the system if needed

• Keep unit testing
