Dear Sir,
I have written to the people in our New York office in regard to the painting of the Pope [6690] about which we had a discussion as to the possibilities of reproduction for it in New York.[1] I shall probably not hear from them for a week or two, but I will let you know anything definite that may arise just as soon as I receive the information. Incidentally you spoke about a photograph of this painting which you could let me have. That may be of some assistance in the matter, so if you could send it to me, I would appreciate it very much.
I have obtained the prints of the Queen of Roumania’s portrait [3200], and I want to thank you for the kindness shown me in your efforts to get the prints.
Thanking you again, I am, | Very truly yours,
[Indecipherable]
