Here, when we refer to V-Baby, we mean the V-Baby app available in mobile app stores, the V-Baby websites on the internet, and/or V-LAB Tecnologia e Participações Ltda, headquartered in the municipality of Presidente Prudente/SP, registered under CNPJ/MF No. 30.899.189/0001-67, the developer and holder of all rights to V-Baby.
The V-Baby app allows you to view, store, and share your exams, capturing the best moments of your ultrasound, with heartbeats, video, and 3D photos of your baby 😊
In addition, with V-Baby you can access exclusive content for expectant mothers, conduct teleconsultations, and track the progress of your pregnancy.
This Privacy Policy is valid and applicable to all V-Baby users, clarifying which Data is collected by V-Baby, for what purpose, and how we protect your privacy.
BY USING V-BABY, YOU AGREE TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
1 - Data Collected and Its Purpose
We use your Data for the following purposes:
Registration and identification on V-Baby, to allow your access and ensure the authenticity of your information securely;
When you share your exams with V-Baby, the app stores and organizes your exams so you can view and share them with anyone you want;
For sending communications related to the use of V-Baby, its products, and services;
When contracting a service, you may be asked for some Data such as: full name, RG, CPF, phone number, address, among others;
We collect Data that you provide when, for example, you register to receive an e-book or advertising material on topics of your interest;
If you contact us through our customer service, whether by phone, email, or chat, we may request some Data to confirm your identity;
Monitoring and Usage Analysis, to improve service quality by measuring statistics and understanding how and by whom V-Baby is used;
We may also track the following information: Internet Protocol address - "I.P.", system activities, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, request date and time, referral URL, cookies may also be required.
2 – How We Protect Your Data
It is part of V-Baby’s policy to respect your privacy. V-Baby DOES NOT share your Data. However, please be aware that any information you voluntarily decide to publish in (i) chat room; (ii) sharing your exams with third parties; (iii) survey form; becomes public and may be used by third parties without your consent;
You acknowledge and agree that your exams and other Data, once shared by you or disseminated through any media, especially on the internet, may be accessed and viewed by third parties, with V-Baby being exempt from any responsibility for misuse resulting from the sharing carried out by the User, especially on websites and social networks, such as: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, VIMEO, among others;
We will only use the exams shared by you on V-Baby, after complete anonymization of your Data, so that V-LAB Tecnologia e Participações Ltda, registered under CNPJ/MF No. 30.899.189/0001-67, the developer and holder of all rights to V-Baby, can make improvements to V-Baby or develop new solutions;
The Data shared and stored by you on V-Baby is your sole responsibility and will be maintained while your registration is active on V-Baby.
