RULES:
- EACH TICKET is required to have your participant number AND first and last initials printed clearly on the back.
- If your ticket is pulled and it DOES NOT have your Participant Number AND your first and last initials, or it is illegible, it will be voided and a new ticket will be drawn.
- We are NOT responsible for lost or misplaced tickets.
- All prizes are in “as is” condition. The winner is responsible to check the dates on gift certificates and use as stated.
- Folded or bent tickets will be disqualified.
- ANY participant seen removing tickets from the collection bags will be disqualified and asked to leave.
- Door Prize tickets only qualify you to win Door Prizes. These prizes will be displayed on a separate table. Any door prize ticket placed in a small or medium drawing bag will be disqualified.
- LARGE & GRAND prizes are only a one-sided ticket and must still have your participant number AND first and last initial written on the back of each ticket to qualify.
- Ticket holders, please be aware that some certificates are for NEW clients only. Please read the certificate before dropping your ticket in the collection bag. It is the responsibility of the participant to read expiration dates.
