- 935 teachers,
- 367 teacher aides, and
- 884 other education workers.

- Maine would receive $3.4 billion in direct state aid
- Local governments in Maine would receive $1.7 billion in direct aid

- Maine would receive $790 million in Medicaid funding through the HEROES Act
