VII. NEW BUSINESS

A. April Convention Preparation

• Vice President Huang explained the roles of officer and board members during the election process at the April convention. There was discussion of the use of name tags to identify members of the steering committee. The consensus was that printed name tags were not necessary.

VIII. DISCUSSION

A. The committee discussed stipends for officers and board members. It was suggested that the Secretary stipend be lowered to the same amount as a committee chair for cost saving. It was also suggested to fund positions for campaign and Lobby Corps student leaders.
