Rules/Regulations & Changes of Location
There will be NO parking at the Staging Area. You will need to gather your group off site and drive together on the float to the location.
Designated Drop off Area will be on Old King Hill Road- You will not be allowed to pull into the Staging Lot.
Schools/Organizations with multiple Groups will need to meet offsite and come together if you are wanting to guarantee a spot together in Parade.
Lineup is First Come, First Serve. (unless staged otherwise by officials)
There will be Porta-Potties on site for use.
We are very grateful for the Graciousness of Kovac’s Fireworks for allowing the use of their facility and we ask that you please be respectful of the area. Please pick up any trash before leaving the area.
We ask that you are respectful to all Volunteers, fellow entrants, & spectators. This is a family friendly event so please be mindful of young children. You may be asked to leave, not allowed to participate in the following years if you cannot be.

Please be mindful that this is the first year at a new location and under new Officials so bare with us as there will be kinks to work through but we are hopeful that this new venue will offer more efficiency & safety for all.
