GSUSA has increased membership fees to $15 for our 2014 Membership year and beyond. This decision was voted on by the membership during the National Convention.
**Please remember membership fees go directly to GSUSA. The Girl Scout membership year runs Oct 1-Sept 30
The following instructions will walk you through the renewal process, how to renew memberships and how to request Early Bird Incentives.

Important Information for Parents
If you are not able to access your account or your child’s account for renewal, we may not have your correct email on file. Please contact the Helpdesk for assistance.
If you wish to participate in Girl Scouts for the remainder of the 2013 Membership year, including summer camp or any program/events prior to Oct 1, 2013, you must pay for a 2013 Membership. If you are unsure, please contact the Helpdesk
Step 1: Renew Memberships
Remember – if you are paying with Opportunity Funds, Cookie Dough, or Cookie Credit a paper registration form must be completed and returned to Council.
Girls will earn a patch if they Early Bird register by May 31, 2013. Leaders will request the patches using the Incentive Request Form. Please inform your Leader once you have renewed your child’s membership. If your child is an Individual Girl Scout, please use this request form to request her Early Bird patch. This request form must be submitted before June 7, 2013 in order to receive incentive. Patches will be available for pick up in the Council shop after June 7th.
Early Bird registrations that request financial assistance will be done with paper registration forms. These forms are due to Council by May 31st, 2013 in order to receive incentives.
