Sept of the Mended Spirit - Level 5 Unity Caern (Mindspeak)

While not technically Dischordian, the Sept of the Mended Spirit, located in the Jukurrpan territory of Papua New Guinea, is open to Shifters of all kingdoms who seek to bring the Triat back to balance and sanity. Early in the Court of Empires, it fell to the Aether, who used it as a stronghold to attack Jukurrpa. Aided by their allies, Dischordia and the Jade Empire, Jukurrpa was able to reclaim and cleanse the Caern. Since then, it has been the center of significant diplomacy between shifters of many kingdoms. Its role as a hub of Shifter politics was codified in the Treaty of Maelstrom’s Rebuke, which designated it as an international court for shifters of all kingdoms. Due to the weakness of the Weaver in the area, any technology is likely to malfunction and is thus rejected by the Sept.
