1) Click this link:

2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.

Sign up! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on

Items can be dropped off at the front desk, sent with your student, or brought to Room 100 by 10am on March 20th. Serving dishes will be available for pick up following the event in the office. Thank you for your willingness to contribute and show the PCHS staff how much we value all they do. We can't do it without you!

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher conferences will be Wednesday, March 20 from 3:00-7:00pm and on Thursday, March 21 from 3:00-6:30pm. Spring conferences will be held in the gym and cafeteria. The evening is first-come, first-serve, and teachers have a limited amount of time to speak with each family. If you feel your concerns require a longer conversation, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a different time to meet. Conferences are an important opportunity to build partnerships between home and school, and we encourage all parents to attend.

Please check the Teacher Availability Reference for specific teacher availability. Teachers have individually emailed parents with alternate times and options for meeting if they are unavailable at any point during conferences. Parents should bring a copy of their child’s schedule; a copy of the Teacher Availability Reference will also be available at the security desk at school.
