- $300 allocated for trail work banners for each trail - Passed

- Bylaws & Organizational Items
- Recognizing Peter Gray &Saris $500 to Quarry Park.
- Will get a free ticket to the upcoming Project360 movie night
- TASC $500 donation to finish Pleasant View single track expansion.
- Update on earlier requests to recruit asst. trail stewards.
- Chuck has a potential new Trail Assistant at CamRock
- VP replacement & title change to "programs", "operations" or "programs and operations".
- Review committee definitions and responsibilities in bylaws.
- Membership: Wes gone, Jon now VP.
- Jon and Tom will work to define the new Programs and Operations committee structure
- Each Trail Steward has exclusive access to their own project and should be uploading important files. Once there is a reasonable amount of data populated we’ll open up access to the projects for better communication.
- Workday schedule updates.
- There will be a yet-to-be scheduled work day at Quarry Ridge to cleanup/rebuild trail once the city finishes construction.
- Two machine days are in the works for Pleasant View
- On August 8th there is a neighborhood work day at Quarry Ridge for basic park maintenance. We’d really like to see some faces from the mountain bike community helping out the neighbors.
- Membership drive & membership tasks.
- IMBA is currently hosting a smaller scale membership drive.
- There is a potentially new trail system in the works up towards waterloo and Michelle is proposing that we expand our boundaries in that direction so that we can help them with our experience and they can boost our membership.
- The poster design is done
- Since this will be less of an “event” the park will not require insurance and we will be considerate by not overhyping it as a big event, just a bunch of folks getting together to ride bikes and have fun.
- Battle Of Cam Rock follow up.
- Sherri has stepped down as Race Director for 2016 :(
- Dave Vogt has volunteered as Race Director for 2016 :) He has a strong cycling advocacy and event planning background, we look forward to what he will bring to the event
- Jon working with Capital Brewery
- There are rides on July 4th and 6th at Capital Brewery and we’re looking to have some representatives there to talk bikes with the mostly roadie crowd.
- Tentative date is September 9th at Capital Brewery that should be firmed up in the next week or two
Trail Adoption Plan
- Web page.
- List areas or jobs at each site for "trail posse" D.I.Y., ad hoc and general maintenance.
- Signup and tasking via web.
- Review initial stewardship and trail work curriculum.
- Resolve Trail Adoption Fund as funds reserved for project proposals approved by the board.
- Trails & Trail Steward Reports (2 min time limit)

- Walt got a MuckTruck!
- We have until the 30th to submit comments on the upcoming amendments to the park master plan. Everyone should be submitting comments to show support of mountain biking. Details are on the CORP front page. Seriously send in your comments!
- Dave R is working on a machine day at CR with a supporter who is willing to split the equipment rental fee.
- The family that did the previous two boy scout bridge projects is back again to help with bridges in Outback!
- Steve Wilcox? at Pacific Cycles has expressed interest in financial support for CamRock (or CORP in general).

- The parks department continues to show strong support for mountain biking in the park and talks are ongoing for what that will look like in the future.

- Hope lives on in Sun Prairie despite the recent setbacks. There are talks of adding bike skills stations along existing bike paths and other properties are being explored for trailbuilding.
