Meet and Greet Session Schedule and Queuing

1. The Meet and Greet session is open to raffle winners with any Cosplay Mania 2024 Day 1 ticket for Octavio and Jurard T Rexford, and Cosplay Mania 2024 Day 2 ticket for Anya Melfissa and Vestia Zeta. This is RAFFLE activity only and limited to (20) winners per guest only. This activity will happen on the following dates:

2. To participate in the raffle, they must access this form: https://forms.gle/vN1zQeAtaBhXZsiEA. This form will be available from September 13, 2024 until September 20, 2024.

3. Raffle registration is FREE and we will only accept one entry per registrant. Registrants can register for the Meet and Greet activity for one guest ONLY.

4. Raffle winners are required to pay Php 1000 in order to participate in the activity. Failure in paying for the activity within the set deadline will result in forfeiture of their eligibility and we will contact the next raffle winner.

5. The activity will last 3 minutes per person and it will be in Meeting Room 14 and 15 (this is located outside of the Function Rooms/Halls). Raffle winners must present a valid ID (hard copy and soft copy is acceptable) to be able to access the activity in the venue. Meet and Greet schedule will be as follows:

6. As a courtesy for our guests, the activity adheres to a strict schedule. If the participant is NOT present 45 minutes after the start of the session and the queue has ended, the session will stop and NO REFUND will be given.

7. At the end of the session with the participant, our staff will assist in taking photos of the participants with the guest using the participant’s smartphone.

8. Fans are expected to be on their best behavior. Any untoward incidents that may jeopardize the safety of the staff and/or guest can and may lead to the cancellation or early end of the session(s), upon decision of the organizers, without any refund.

9. The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED both during the stage time, and meet and greet sessions:

1. Photography, Video Recording or any type of recording;
2. Requesting fan-signs and/or banners from guest(s);
3. Screaming and/or Shouting;
4. Pushing, shoving or rough-housing;
5. Smoking;
6. Eating and/or drinking inside the venue.

10. Cosplay Mania '24 organizers reserve the right to revoke access to the event and escort any individual out of the venue for unruly conduct or any individual who ignores and/or violates any of the rules without any refund. Any participant caught recording (photography, video and audio) the sessions and stage time can and may be evicted from the whole event and confiscation of the recording equipment, without any refund.

Miscellaneous Guidelines

1. All gifts for the guests will be accepted by the organizers on behalf of the Guest and will be provided to the Guest after the session.  Submission of the gifts must be done in the CosShoppe booth until 5 PM on October 4 - 5, 2024. The organizers and the Guest reserve the right to screen the gifts for acceptability and to refuse to accept gifts when necessary.

2. We only accept the Fan Letters as gifts for all holostars and hololive talent. Other gifts that will not be accepted. Please be sure to write the talent’s name.

3. Meet and Greet Activity Access is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
