Before I begin, I just want to say that this document is at least 2-3 years old at this point. I understand that a lot of the links that are in the bulkier portions are probably not going to work, especially since some of the users involved have changed their Twitter handles (or outright deleted their accounts for varying reasons), have decided the Tweets, or whatever else. I do not intend to touch the other parts of the document since I don't necessarily see a need to, since this has pretty much become a compilation of patterns of behavior that continue to be reflected.

Hi again everybody. I honestly never intended on revisiting this document at any point. At this point, it's been a couple years and you would think that by then, everything would have died down. There were a couple "minor" situations that did crop up between the last edit (which, if my previous time indicator at the top of this page was correct, was in November 2021) up to now, but I chose not to address them because I wanted to give Dani an opportunity to grow. I did this particularly because I used to be a very problematic person myself in pretty much every aspect of my life. I felt that with time, Dani herself would grow out of her antics and try to do better, especially given the fact that she now has a child.

This is obviously not what has happened. Dani has once again decided to evade responsibility by rebranding for what I believe is the third time now. Now, I don't have any problem with people rebranding, but the fact that after every situation she causes, she rebrands, leads me to believe that she just wants these things to go away. And for as long as I'm around and that she's continuing to cause problems, they're not going to. So, below, I will be posting the latest incident, which is where she shared her side of the story. I will be making annotations as necessary in order to provide context or to expose manipulation tactics she's using in order to once again, avoid accountability.

This document was originally made to call out the toxicity of DelightDaniTV (now DelightDanii on Twitter) and the stream team she had founded. However, it's been over a year since this original document has been written, and while the Leading Ladies stream team is no longer active, Dani continues to remain rather problematic. I have decided to keep this document open to editing for whenever something new crops up. Dani has not addressed any of these topics, and has continued to play victim when she gets called out for something new. This is a very exhausting battle, especially when people still vouch for her. All I want out of this is an apology- not just for me, but for the people she has hurt- and an indication that she will do better. By hosting this document, I'm trying to hold a mirror up to her and ask her to hold herself accountable for the things she's done, because she's not the best person she can be right now.

As always, I hope you all are doing well and I hope this is the last time I have to add something new to this document, but I honestly doubt it will be.

Her Side of the Story

So in early-mid December 2023, Dani posted a Tweet outlining her thoughts and feelings pertaining to this situation and particularly the people that called her out.

She starts the Tweet off by acknowledging that she won't be posting timestamps or screenshots; she does not necessarily outline why, but mentions that she just wants to tell her story. Screenshots and timestamps have been things that have been used against Dani on multiple occasions (e.g. this document) and she knows that if she provided them, she would lose a massive amount of credibility since they would directly contradict what she is saying.

Dani then goes into the situation that happened between Momo (who actually posted his story at some point, which I will link here in the interest of saving time, but it's also posted later on somewhere in here -> CLICK HERE)

I don't want to dive too deep into the situation since it would be redundant by this point, but Momo and Mar have openly and multiple times had to defend themselves against Dani and her antics. Dani also mentions that Mar was in a "bad home situation" and while I don't know much about Mar's life at home in the past, I do feel that Dani could very well be lying about this as well. Since she doesn't provide evidence, I'm not very inclined to believe her.

As for Lex, Lex never once outright referred to Dani as a pedophile NOR did she ever say that she hoped Dani's baby would die. What Lex actually did was say that she was concerned for Dani's baby, considering that the child in question would be growing up in a toxic environment: the reason for this is because Dani was constantly asking for money on Twitter for baby essentials and frequently mentioning financial problems. Basically implying that she was not seemingly stable to have a baby.. so Lex's concern was correct.

I would also like to mention that Lex has a somewhat significantly-sized platform on Twitter; at least 13k followers or so. If she had actually said that she hoped Dani's baby died, don't you think that the other Twitter users would have called it out and there would be screenshots plastered all over?

Another thing I would like to mention is that Dani said Lex acted out in "biphobia" and "homophobia" - there is literally no proof of this, especially since Lex is known to be bisexual (I'm not outing her by posting this - it's actually in her Twitter bio) and very supportive of all LGBT+ members.

I'm also going to point out that Dani did not mention me a single time in the Tweet she wrote; she mentioned all of the major people that were involved at some point except for me. I believe that Dani is genuinely afraid of the truth and that she knows that if anybody did some investigating, her house of cards would come crashing down. She keeps rebranding to run away from her problems, but unfortunately for her, I'm an Olympic runner when it comes to dealing with BS. She chose to give her story to her followers on a privated account - she's created an echo chamber of a following full of people who will take what she says at face value. As though she isn't a pathological liar (which she is).

Lastly, I want to again state that I don't want her silence. I just want her to acknowledge the horrible things she's done, take accountability, and move on with her life. The rest of us pretty much had moved on up until she posted her Tweet a bit ago. If she wants to drag up old situations (especially with no proof), then that's okay, but she may want to be mindful of the storm that will happen as a result.

Anyway, thank you to the person who provided the screenshots. I think I've covered all that I've needed to and I've said what I needed to say.

Hi everybody- again. Dani has recently been called out once again, but this time, innocent animals are involved.

Dani Tweeted on November 15, 2021 that she was thinking about surrendering her ferrets since she didn't have the time or energy for them. Special thanks to KayVolta for the screenshots.

However, not even a day later, Dani Tweeted that she was looking at adopting a dog with her boyfriend.

While adopting an animal is perfectly fine and all, Dani has had a couple Tweets prior that she couldn't afford the vet bills for her sickly cats. A person who is unable to provide time, energy and necessities for animals should not have them in the first place.

Hi everybody. I was really hoping to not have to use this document again, but another call-out has been made regarding a friendship with the creator (Dani) in question. So, I've updated this document with the thread. Dani has issued a response to the call-out in particular, but has yet to address anything in this document that was made in September.

Please note that Dani doesn't take any accountability for her actions towards Mar, nor does she address anything from this document. Many people have been hurt because of her, and she needs to respond to everything instead of picking and choosing what issues she responds to, especially with a half-hearted "apology".

Note from Sinesta on September 4: At this point in time, I will no longer be addressing the situation any further. I have added a couple accounts from other people in the sections below, but now, I'm giving myself the time I need to recover from this.

Furthermore, I will not be entertaining DMs to smack talk ANY of the creators mentioned in here or the associated Google documents. What's important now is what we DO with the information given and presented. It won't serve anybody to harass anybody. We all need to take time to heal and grow, and we will never do that if we don't acknowledge our own faults and misgivings in this storm.

That being said, I will no longer be making edits to this document unless further need arises.

Introduction

Hi friends! My name is Sinesta (I'm the one compiling this document, and I will not be mentioning the names of other creators unless they have explicitly given their okay) and I joined the Leading Ladies stream team when it had started in around May(?) or so. Naturally, as somebody who is rather blunt/overly expressive, I was interested in a team of women who shared similar traits - and of course, uplifted eachother!

The team was originally formed by another creator - who I will not mention in the document, as she left leadership prior to the team really developing due to personal reasons and was not involved in any capacity since - and DelightfullyDani (DelightDaniTV on Twitter). The moderator team started off relatively small, but as the Discord grew, more people were added.

Before I begin, I would like to emphasize something: I am not posting this document for people to go and harass ANY of the creators involved. I recognize that a handful of people will do whatever they like, regardless of these warnings, but the purpose of this document is to explain and publicly call out the actions of the moderator team for Leading Ladies. We have exhausted all communication avenues (you will notice that I myself DMed Dani about the issues, and she swiftly cut the conversation short), and the handful of creators who participated in the making of this document have basically been blocked by Dani herself and every staff member involved. Thus, solving this issue via DMs is not going to go anywhere, and that is why this is being made public; not to hurt Dani or the mod team, but to bring awareness to the underlying issues that have made the Leading Ladies team toxic, as well as holding them accountable.

What I am about to show and tell is the events from the different perspectives of many people who left the team, as well as the big drama event that kicked off the creation of this document. I have done my best to lay out this document in an understandable format, but condensing so much information in one place (especially when pieces may be missing due to the fact some people don't want to be affiliated with this more than they already have been) is kind of difficult. ^^;

The Grievances

Sinesta (me) - The Moderator Team's Poor Handling of Issues

I'm going to begin my grievance by mentioning that I never took screenshots for this occasion. I did not feel I needed to at the time (which I believe was in July), so if you absolutely need screenshots, then you are welcome to go ahead and ignore my personal story. That being said, if you do ignore my story, please listen to the story of others because there are more. Mine is just the earliest (I believe) in the chronological timing of things.

I have Autism, so naturally, I struggle to pick up on social cues. I also have a tendency to overthink certain things, even if they are as simple as which channel to post a media link. I had a ticket opened on me, and the moderators Otterpop & SilentWolf were issued to handle it. They warned me in the form of a ticket, and told me that if I didn't stop posting my posts in the wrong places, I would have my team membership revoked.

I was frustrated, because I had not been PURPOSELY placing things in the wrong channels. Did I probably place them in the wrong area? Probably. But I had only been warned about it once by SilentWolf in general chat, then when it happened again, I had my membership threatened. Obviously, that rubbed me the wrong way. Ever since then, I felt I was walking on constant eggshells with the moderator team out of fear I was going to mess up again.

The reason why I left (which was a couple days ago) was because I no longer felt comfortable being in the team after Dani messaged me, pushing for answers about a team member that had previously left. She was willing to put my mental health and peace of mind at risk in order to get the answers she wanted, and when she received them, she used it to go off the handle at the person it involved. I had enough, and I made a brief farewell post in the server before swiftly making my exit.

Anonymous Lady - Statement of September 2, 2020

-Dani (the supposed leader) was never active and when she was she was rude or dismissive

-The rules were not clear for the mods or team members nor the punishments for those rules.

-They removed a ton of team members because they "weren't active enough" without talking to them or making it clear that was even a rule to follow

-we weren't entitled to free stuff but Dani bragged about all the money she was spending on the team and holding it over the members heads then not actually following through with it

-Some of the leadership (mainly Franki) weren't even active in the discord then just appeared out of nowhere as mods and abused their role

-The leadership was shit talking team members and calling them names in a private chat

-Every time I was in VC and Dani was there she talked about someone in the team

Red Dragoness - Statement of September 2, 2020

I began thinking about leaving the team when I noticed some underhanded comments from mods towards team members. One instance that directly involved me was a mod mentioned going to a baby shower on a Wednesday. I asked "who goes to a baby shower on a Wednesday during a pandemic?" To which I recieved the following screenshot. I felt that this response was unnecessary in terms of the hostility within it. I do admit, I forgot that retail workers work on weekends. But I don't feel like this response was necessary.

There was a giveaway announced a few months ago that whomever held rank 1 in the discord would recieve a streamdeck. I raced to climb those ranks but by the end of the month, someone else was number one. But she never recieved word about it and eventually left the group due to her own reasons. I figured that since I maintained rank one after her departure, I would be the winner. When more and more time passed I was too intimidated and uncomfortable to reach out and ask about. I was worried that I would be kicked from the team.

I had been seeing people leave and less present/more new members becoming "official members". There were several pings (that people can have suppressed from their notifications) threatening that they would be removed from the stream team if they weren't active or didn't represent the group well enough. As far as I'm aware, nobody was directly messaged by mods about how they can improve or directly warned. Just an aggressive culling of the roster.

At first, I blindly agreed with the actions taken. A few days later I learned that nobody had recieved a direct warning and that some people never got the message due to suppressed notifications or being busy with life.

Some of the mods start to make very passive aggressive posts on Twitter that put a vile taste in my mouth. Then an announcement was made in the discord. All but demanding that anyone that hears anybody bashing the LL or its moderatore be reported and not heeded. It all started to feel like the Salem Witch Trials. That's when I decided it was in my best interest to leave.

I was just waiting for the next scandal and clinging to the "tea". The mod team was making the community feel toxic and unpleasant to be in.

Some of the mods are very pleasant though. One checked in on me when I left. One that I had called one of my stream moms. I don't know where I stand with her but she's had my back when my real life stress started to get to me. So there are some good eggs in there. It just sucks that there's a lot of bad ones too.

The Giveaway - May 19, 2020 (drama started September 2, 2020)

Buckle up for this one, because this one's gonna take a while.

Dani posted in the announcements channel of the Leading Ladies Discord server that she would be giving away a Stream Deck to the most active Leading Lady at the end of the month. Activity was tracked using a Discord bot.

The winner ended up being a member named AriaEstelle. She ended up leaving shortly after, so theoretically speaking, the winner would have been the next in line: Red Dragoness. However, Dani went radio silent after the giveaway supposedly had concluded. Below is the screenshot of the original announcement.

Later on, Red posted her frustrations about the Stream Deck never being given away on Twitter.

Dani responded to the subtweet with a handful of her own Tweets, though she deleted a couple of them before screenshots could be made. Eventually, this one stayed.

What Dani fails to acknowledge is the fact that she skimped out on a giveaway. I decided to DM her after she deleted her first Tweet.

Also, I have no problem posting our DMs because she has no problem posting the DMs of others behind their backs when there is drama. Only difference is: mine that you're about to see have the FULL context of what actually went down.

As you can see, Dani's only excuses were: she was being bullied for not giving away the Stream Deck - which was not true. She was being called out for it, yes, but I didn't see anybody harassing/bullying her for it. The problem with Twitter is that people are accused of being bullies because they hold others accountable for their actions. Her other excuses were that she was not a brand (which, if a brand such as Corsair or Razer skimped out on a giveaway, I bet you that their Twitters would be lighting up with dumpster fires). Her last resort (and the one she stuck with) was that people only joined the team for money/free stuff.

Which is MAJORLY false.

A massive draw to the team was that women would be empowering each other. That is why many people - including myself - joined. Dani added the Lady of the Month ($100 for the most voted for) thing later on; from what I can tell, it genuinely didn't affect the current members, as by that point, the server had been well-populated. Furthermore, she made it HER PERSONAL choice. If she didn't want to do it anymore, she was well within her rights; a lot of members probably would have stayed anyway because some really good bonds had been forged. However, the moderators were also toxic, which is why a handful of members, including me, left.

After Dani cut the conversation in DMs short, she took to Twitter.

Might I just point out that calling people "whiny selfish cry babies" isn't very empowering of other women?

After that post, Red posted this in response to her original post.

Dani responded.

Which, was interesting to see, as Dani had previously stated (see the Giveaway screenshot) that all the member needed to do was be the most active in the Discord server. She never said anything about doing "any other amount of work" back then.

When I decided to post the Giveaway screenshot in response, Dani proceeded to call us dramatic (basically gaslighting us) and blocking me.

It was around this time that Aria posted on Twitter to resonate with Red's frustrations.

Dani then replied with the following Tweet, playing victim once again that she was bullied. She then proceeded to make the threat of deleting the team (which she had made before, see below, when things weren't going well for her).

Note that Dani took the time to personally call out Aria that she helped her with rent, which is a gross thing to do. Deflecting your terrible actions (i.e. skimping on a giveaway) with a "oh, I did this good deed for somebody once" does not make what you did okay.

Dani then posted this after, claiming she was "done".

Only to comment on SilentWolf's post minutes later with the following.

I would like to take this time to point out the fact that nobody called Dani a drama girl or toxic. She made those statements on her own accord. Self-projection much?

I thought you were "done", Dani?

Aria went public with a DM she had with Dani - seemingly from when Dani sent her the money for rent. Dani responded.

After Dani blocked most of the people involved, she decided to start discussing the issues in the Leading Ladies Discord server. Which, is a bit disappointing, as many of the ladies on the team are very unaware of what actually happened. Not only are they being dragged into the matter to listen to Dani, but they're also being fed only one side of the story.

That being said, Dani also continues to twist the narrative to better benefit her.

I never said she should be cancelled for not giving the Stream Deck. If you read my DMs with her, I told her that OTHER brands got cancelled for the same thing, and that she possibly could be as well if people realized that.

See? I never said she should be cancelled for it. I only said that it was something she could/would be cancelled for if she was an actual brand.

Dani continued discussing the issue in the server.

(I personally cringe when somebody uses the term "mental" in such a negative capacity, but that's just me)

The interesting thing about this comment is that Dani's surgery was in early June - at least, the first week. She had originally stated that the giveaway would run until the end of the month (May). She definitely had time before her surgery to conclude it; she simply did not.

When inquired about the Stream Deck (and the possible legal repercussions), Dani wrote this.

Yes. She did promise the Stream Deck. The original giveaway post said "to win...". It did not say "chance to win".

Dani later on went to make the statement that the giveaway was still open, despite the original announcement in May having said it would run until the end of the month.

Regardless of how she spins it, she still strung members along, and continues to back herself up with semantics that are irrelevant and nonetheless, still unfair and false.

Furthermore, when an uninvolved party inquired her publicly about the giveaway on Twitter, Dani proceeded to block them.

Further Accounts

Not long after this document was posted, a couple people chose to share their experiences with Dani herself as a creator.

*I do want to make a note that even though people can and will change within the course of 1-2 years, that doesn't mean they always do. Dani's toxicity has continued to exist in teams (as you can see by Jessie's account), so it's highly unlikely she has improved behaviorally with what she says on camera as well.

Here's an account of somebody's feelings regarding the Leading Ladies moderator team (as this is technically a document regarding both parties).

Why Is This Being Written?

As I said at the start of this document, this was not made to "cancel" anybody (regardless of what Dani or anybody else will try to say). This was to bring awareness to the toxicity that has brewed and started about the Leading Ladies stream team, as well as the toxic behaviors Dani has displayed when faced with adversity to her actions. Furthermore, communications have been severed, and thus, I don't see these issues being resolved in a private capacity anyway.

A handful of the other issues that occurred have not been delved into here, due to the fact that some of the folks desired to maintain their privacy, and thus, I have respected their desire to keep their narratives private. This means that there is way more beyond the scope of what this document covered.

I have nothing against Dani. I genuinely would like for her to be able to evaluate these behaviors, and take some time to heal and forge a way to better grow as a person from this. I encourage it without a doubt. The only difference is, I will not be standing by her side after this, because she has been problematic in the past and I myself am genuinely exhausted.

Everybody has a habit of being toxic on Twitter. We're content creators and we all are unique individuals with different ideas and perspectives. That's the beauty of being who we are. However, that does not mean we should allow certain gross behaviors to slide and not say anything about them. In fact, if you genuinely care about a friend or a fellow streamer, you should actively strive to help them grow as a person: that includes calling out when they're being toxic.

I tried to do that for Dani. I tried to be the person that she could come to, while still supporting her by being honest about what she was doing. However, I can't do that anymore. I can no longer sit by and condone her actions, and in fact, I think her toxicity towards other creators she's talked to me about has blinded me as well.

I'm certain that the staff members are going to have their own counter-points, so if they would like to reply to this Tweet, they may do so under the condition that they post the screenshots of their conversations in their full context AND provide evidence to back up whatever claims they may make. Furthermore, if they start pointing fingers at anybody not mentioned in this document by name, they will be discredited for disrespecting the desire of some folks to remain anonymous.

This includes subtweeting this document. We see you. We know what you're posting. If you cannot provide proof and just subtweet instead, that is indication of your guilt in this business.

There is no "hate chain". There is just people who are frustrated with seeing toxic behaviors and who are making a stand against them.

As a final note, if you're going to blindly defend Dani without reading what has transpired here, my Twitter (or any other platform) DMs/posts are not the place for you. I'm posting my account (and the accounts of others) that have been personally hurt by the behaviors of her and her stream team staff. I will not be entertaining any further conversation about this matter and I will be blocking some folks involved for my own peace of mind, as at this point, my mental health has genuinely been threatened.

Unless you have genuine evidence to counter any and all of the stories brought up, you have no place to argue/subtweet the situation. The people who have been involved in the making of this document all want the best for Dani. We aren't "mischaracterizing" her and we are not bullying her. We are simply tired of her being toxic, smacktalking other people, and getting away with these behaviors. Regardless of whatever mental health ailments she has, she needs to receive help for them instead of hiding behind them as an excuse.

That being said, I hope you are genuinely doing well. Take some time to hydrate and relax. I know that I'll be doing the same. :) <3
