Think of a time when you felt stuck or hindered. What beliefs about yourself or the world were influencing you?

Recall a significant memory from your childhood. How might this experience have shaped your beliefs about what you can or cannot achieve?

What fears come up when you think about pursuing your goals? Consider how these fears might be connected to past experiences.

Choose one new behavior to try this week that challenges your usual patterns. What is it, and what do you hope to learn from it?

At the end of the week, reflect on what felt different as you tried the new behavior. Did anything surprise you?
