How to Make Partial Payments

Organizations may allow registrants to make multiple small payments on their registration fees.

This is option is usually available when the Credit Card Editable payment feature is an option for the initial payment during the registration process.

Organizations offer partial payments as a way of helping registrants cover their fees at their own convenience.

It is important registrants pay attention to their organizations payment policies and schedules, as late fees may be charged if registrations fees are not paid in full by a certain date.

Please contact your league administrator payment schedule information.

Use the following steps to make the first editable payment, and continue to make future partial payments:

  1. After the pages collecting the registration information, the payment options screen appears
  2. Two options are given, pay in full with credit card, or pay an editable partial amount by credit card.
  3. To pay a partial amount, enter the amount into the text field

*Some organizations may require a minimum payment; this will be indicated on the screen

  1. Registrants will not be able to set the amount in the text field lower than this amount
  2. Registrations cannot be completed until this amount is paid
  1. Press the “Modify Payment Amount” button

  1. An invoice will appear. The invoice indicates the registration is complete
  1. The invoice will outline the amount paid, and the amount still owed

After the initial payment is complete, it is the registrant’s responsibility to sign back into his/her Pointstreak Account and pay his/her registration fee in full.

Registrants are welcome to make as many partial payments as desired, however, it is important that all payments are made within their Organization’s payment policies/schedules otherwise late fees may be charged.


To make additional payments use the following steps:

  1. Sign back into your Pointstreak Account, using the email and password set up during the initial registration

Registrants can access their Pointstreak Accounts either by using the original Registration Link, or the “Manage Account” link provided by their organization

  1. On the Manage Account screen select “Make Payments”         

If Manage Account screen is not immediately available after logging in, select “Manage Account” in top left corner

  1. The “Make Payment” screen will appear.  If multiple registrations have been made using this account, they will all be listed here.

To confirm which registration is which select the Orange + sign to view additional information about each registration

  1. Enter the amount to be paid into the payment text next to the correct registration
  2. Then press “Pay Now”


  1. The Payment Screen will appear. The amount that is being paid will appear at the bottom.
  2. Enter Credit Card information and press Submit Payment

  1. The payment screen will appear, confirming the payment. DO NOT press the back button. If there was an error with the payment, please contact your league administrator.
  2. To view the invoice press “Invoice Detail”. The invoice will outline payments to date and the amount still owed.

10) Continue making partial payments, using these steps until balance is paid in full.
