You visited The Rosebowl restaurant last Monday evening, but you were not pleased with the service, the quality of food or the prices. Use the plan below to write the letter of complaint.

-         waiters very slow – wait / hour / meal

-         pasta / too spicy – pizza / cold

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to complain about your restaurant, The Rosebowl, which I visited on May 7th. I was not at all satisfied with the service, the quality of food or the prices.

Firstly, the waiters were very slow. We had to wait an hour for our meal.

Moreover, the food was badly cooked as our pasta was too spicy and the pizza was cold.

To make matters worse, the food was too expensive. When I got the bill, I was surprised to see how much it cost. We paid £ 30 each for pasta and pizza.

I expect an apology for spoiling our evening. I hope you will improve your service and reduce your prices or else you will lose your customers.
