An acknowledgement of your complaint will be made within two working days of it being received.

At this point, a brief history of your complaint will be taken. Usually, some time will then be needed to investigate the complaint.

You should let our manager know if you do not want the treating dentist to be informed or involved at this stage.

We aim to resolve all complaints within ten working days from their receipt, but where the issue is likely to take longer to investigate, we will let you know at the earliest possible time, giving reasons for the expected delay.

You will then be contacted and given details of the findings of our investigation into the complaint and invited to attend a meeting to discuss possible options for the resolution of the situation. Although we strive to provide satisfactory resolution for all complaints at the local level, if at this point you are not satisfied with the outcome of our complaint's procedure, you should contact one of the following bodies: -
