Proposal 140 - Kunark Inclusive Raiding
- Proposal 37 (and subordinate proposals 37.xx) are repealed and replaced. Any proposal in the kunark era that includes adding additional content to open raids, rotated raid targets, or bag limits, will require unanimous vote.
- Open Raid Miscellaneous Rules
- Any guild interested in hosting open raids will have the opportunity to do so. In case of disagreement, guilds should alternate/rotate leadership. If unable to resolve, a /random of interested guilds will decide the raid leader.
- Players that lose level 46 while in the planes will not be able to re-enter until they regain experience. Open raids will not be responsible for players’ experience totals; players are advised to monitor their experience level if they are level 46.
- When a raid target spawns a “batphone” message will be sent out via the Green P99 discord. The raid force has a minimum of 30 minutes to gather after this “batphone” is sent out for all targets except for Vox. A Vox engage force will have 45 minutes to gather before the raid begins. If an outside entity is contesting a target the open raid may engage early.
- Any entity that contests the server on one of these raids will be ineligible to roll at an open raid for 60 days.
- Any guild or group of players actively opposing and effectively disrupting UN rotational content shall be excluded from participation and loot eligibility on open raids formally sponsored by the UN as a whole.
- Open Raid Targets
- The first of each of the following to spawn naturally every calendar month will be killed by a server-wide open raid.
- Lady Vox (Vox)
- Lord Nagafen (Naggy)
- Thirty days after their first spawn, the following Kunark targets will be added to the open raid at a frequency of once every 2 months
- Venril Sathir (VS), first month
- Talendor (Tal), first month
- Faydedar (Fay), alternate month
- Gorenaire (Gore), alternate month
- Severilous (Sev), alternate month
- Trakanon (Trak)
- The first natural spawn Trak after Christmas (December 25) is a one-time open raid; this Trak raid will have a minimum level of 50.
- Open Raid Loot Rules
- Level Requirements
- Level 46 is the minimum level to attend Vox, Naggy, or Fay and receive loot. Level 52 is the maximum level to attend Vox and Naggy and receive loot, after the level 52 cap is implemented.
- Level 50 is the minimum level to attend VS, Tal, Gore or Sev and receive loot.
- Level 55 is the minimum level to attend Trak and receive loot (except minimum level 50 for first event).
- All loot will be distributed via /random to everyone in attendance. All eligible players may roll on all items that they can equip, subject to the exceptions/restrictions below.
- Players must participate in the target encounter to be eligible for loot; players may absolutely not change characters, for loot purposes, after the target has died.
- Players must turn off /role and /anon to demonstrate their eligibility before looting.
- Once a player wins an item via /random, that player’s guild has the right to distribute the item via their internal loot system.
- Item-specific restrictions
- Trak specific loot restrictions
- Eligible players at Trak may roll for either Trakanon's Tooth or other dragon loot items, not both.
- Players rolling for Trakanon's Tooth will have an opportunity to roll before the kill; the top five rolls may loot teeth in order (players one and two are guaranteed teeth, third highest roll gets any third tooth, etc).
- Players that roll for Trakanon's Tooth (regardless of their success) become ineligible to roll for any other loot from that Trak kill.
- The Trak-specific rules have no impact on loot from any other mobs (Tolapumj, etc.) the open raid may kill.
