For Artists, Writers and Supporters

This document has tabs to help you navigate if you are looking for a specific question.

What does the Lilith Fund support?

The Lilith Fund is an American charity that supports women seeking abortion in states where abortion is legal. They also aid with financing access to reproductive health care.

1.        Where will the event happen?

The event is cross-platorm.

We advertise and reblog across Bluesky, AO3, and Tumblr, but you are welcome to post your works wherever you want.

Feel free to use our event hashtags.

#HGIWD2025, #HellsGreatestInternationalWomensDay, and #HelluvaCommunity

We are releasing a Discord server on Wednesday (05.03.2025) to act as a space for people to join together and share the experience.

2.       How are donations handled?

The Hell’s Greatest Event Team do not receive any money on behalf of other creators or the Lilith Fund.

Donations are made directly to the Lilith Fund (see point 3).

Supporters should make their donation in honour of their chosen creator and send their requests to that creator as proof of payment.

On Paypal, you can leave a message with the name of the creator during your donation process to ensure the creator knows you are giving your proof to them only.

On the Lilith Fund webpage, there is a space for you to dedicate your donation.

3. Why do I need to dedicate my donation?

By dedicating your donation, we are ensuring that bad apples don’t use the same receipt to request from multiple creators.

4.       How can I donate to the Lilith Fund?

Direct donations can be done through the Lilith Fund’s Homepage (credit card required) on https://www.lilithfund.org/donate

Donations can also be made through the Lilith Fund’s charity Paypal (Paypal account required).

US based supporters should use this link: https://www.paypal.com/fundraiser/charity/1747713

EU based members should use this link: https://www.paypal.com/US/fundraiser/charity/1747713

Please Note: Please use this exact link as the ‘normal’ US link won’t work for international donors! If you are a creator taking requests, please be sure to share this with your followers.

5.      What is the 24 hours challenge?

The challenge is to create for as long as you can.

This is capped at a 24 hour period, although it is not mandatory that people attend for the full time.

Creators should be aware of their limits if they wish to engage with the event. Do not sacrifice your mental health for this event. We appreciate everyone that joins in.

We have given the creators power to decide what they do for the event to help prevent unwanted stress. This means nobody is forced into doing anything they don’t want to do.

6. What can anyone do to contribute?

Please share our posts, tell your friends, and spread the word!

Send your fellow creators support on the 8th of March to show them you’re there!

Know that not everyone can donate, and that’s okay.

Make requests from creators that are offering requests for proof of donation.

7. I am a creator, what can I do to contribute?

We have left the power of how this happens in your hands so that you can cultivate the event to suit your needs, but if you need inspiration, here are a few ideas:

Take requests.

You could take requests from your followers for proof of donations. You are welcome to set the price of the donation expected and what you are offering.

Set goals for yourself.

Do you want to try to finish a particular story? Use this event to do so! For each goal you set, you could pledge to donate a certain amount.

Compete with another creator.

If you have a friend that you like to compete with, you could both pledge to donate depending on who achieves a specific goal! Maybe one of you donates a predetermined amount if you write the most words in an hour.

We can’t wait to see what you do!

8. What if I offer requests, and I cannot complete them all?

We cannot answer this question for you, but we can provide recommendations.

As a creator, you should be aware of how much you can handle. If you do not feel you can complete all of your requests, and this would cause you stress, we advise you not to take requests.

Other options include:

  • Taking a set number of requests at a specified length.
  • Offering requests under the promise of completing them after the event.
  • Offering requests but explicitly telling requests that you might not do it, and that is a risk they take.

9. Do I have to offer requests?

No, you do not have to do requests unless you want to.

10. Can I donate any amount?

Yes!

Food, bills, and essentials come first. If you do not have money to donate, please do not!

The only exception to this would be if you are going to make a request, and the creator has specified a receipt of a specific amount.

11. How old do I have to be to take part?

Anyone is welcome to participate, but the Discord server will be 18+ only, due to the mature nature of Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss.

12. I still have questions - HELP!
