Test is due by March 26, 2017 and results must be sent to lmongeon@newmarketinc.com Must have an 80 or above to be a Level 1. You can take it again. Test is on your arbiter account, click on US Lacrosse, central hub. Youth officials are requested to take the youth test, next year it will be required.
Supervisor’s Report – Paula Libercent
· Committee has agreed NOCSE must be on the balls used but they do not have to have the NHFS
· Red carding of players must be reported to Paula Libercent at lilth@valleynet.com that evening. She needs the name, number, teams involved, date of games, reason for the card and what happened.
· Report Yellow cards of coaches to Paula
· Know the Overtime Procedure
· Environment issues be aware of the thunder and lightening policy. It is sight or sound of thunder or lightening. Time out, clear the field and you must have 30 minutes without and sight or sound before resuming play. Click here for the policy.
· Report field condition issues to the Supervisors such as lining problems, unsafe field conditions.
· Tournament Dates be sure to update your availability

US Lacrosse has changed the rating base
New Rating System now in effect
· Level 1 in Training - old Apprentice Rating. Can be limited in play to 14U, 12U etc.
· Level 1 - Good for 1 or 2 years
· Level 2 - Good for 1,2, or 3 years – Level 2 with 3 year renewal, equivalent of old “Local 3” i.e highest rating for 2 personal system.
· Level 3 - Good for 1,2 or 3, years – requires to be rated on a competitive 3 person games. Our organization currently cannot do this rating.
