PC2A for S1979 & HR4271 to block the implementation of certain presidential actions that restrict individuals from certain countries from entering the United States #NoMuslimBan

EXPLANATION:

The (#StolenSeat) Supreme Court has backed Trump’s Travel Ban 3.0. The next step is to prevent it from being enacted. This can be done through Congress blocking the funding for implementation.

Justice Sotomayor’s Dissent: A reasonable observer would conclude that the Proclamation was motivated by anti-Muslim animus. The majority holds otherwise by ignoring the facts, misconstruing our legal precedent, and turning a blind eye to the pain and suffering the Proclamation inflicts upon countless families and individuals, many of whom are United States citizens.”
