Junius 30 ától k. leveledet – vettem – kaptam Parisbol értesítést hogy [illegible] czímére 2000 franc indult. Ismét kérlek intézkedjél hogy ez év végével Michel egy állami magyar intézetben lehessen elhelyezve, szükségtelen Irma érzésevel törődni – hanem arra kell gondolnod – hogy a fiú a jövőre nézve – ha arra szükség lenne állam[---] legyen elhelyezve – s különösen most a mikor német országban a helyzet oly antisemitiens – s jobb lenne őt magadhoz közelebb tudni – ezt végre meg kell tenned – Szerénnek írtam amidőn Fülöp unokánk született de maig sem hallottam – szívtelen érdekelt két ember – mellékelve küldök egy checkket Elza leánykája részére – mi jót fog tenni hogy üdülésre mehessen – kérlek ad át nekik– mert nagy elfoglaltságomban nincsen időm külön külön – írni – alig jutok pihenéshez – rengeteg fárasztó a jelen saison – s hosszú évek óta nem volt oly állandó szárazság és melegség – Diana – s fia jól vannak – czímük

Fájdalni a magyar kiállítás cudarczot [sic] vallott – gyenge – extrem – modern – rossz munkák voltak – sajnos hogy egy click [sic] – s nem nagyszabásu összességu magyar kiállítását – de Pesten ez mindig így volt – s reám nem halgatnak –

sajnálatos hogy Gyula s Gábor kiléptek az igazgatosagból – légy azon – egy két derék embert – szerezni – kevesen vagytok a családban s nincsen összetartás – mellekelve részedre 50 – Belga., 100 franczia franc – a franczia levélből látni fogod hogy a Frim fiuk a nagyszüllők képeit árulják – s azokon a régi név – mi kellemetlen – többször írt ezen [egyén?] – nem válaszolok – nem illik oda megyek mi azt jelentené hogy kénytelen lennék elismerni – hogy én festettem! –

Tehát üzleted más czímen van. miért nem írtad meg az ujj czimet nem szabadna mint üzletember oly felületesnek lenned – irjál
