Food Service Version:
Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Yield: ~3 cups

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 ¼ cup lowfat buttermilk

½ cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 ½ tsp. dijon mustard

1 ¼ tsp. onion powder

¾ tsp. garlic powder

2 ½ Tbsp. finely chopped chives

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1.  Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2.  Add salt, to taste.

3.  Let chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
