PBS made a video series to teach about the U.S.-Mexican War. This is labeled as a 6-12 grade activity and teachers may want to do most of these lessons as a group discussion, and depending on the intercultural relationships within the classroom, do a lot of pre-teaching and coaching revolving around being sensitive to racial issues.
