Words are hard to come by

When all is lost and frozen

The mind works over-time

To find the lie that has been spoken.

Here we’ve been collected

Like dolls so still on our stands

Unmoving, unblinking, and fearful

Not wishing to be rejected.

And with each relationship

Whether new or old will be

In jeopardy with each small action

Because of sharp words let slip

The fear is true and real

And in some fills blood and bone,

While others have not known,

The fixed fall and reel.

Words are hard to come by

When all you can do is feel
