Intro
The canonicity of SpyroXCynder has spawned a barrage of Spyro fans who adore the pairing back in 2008 with The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. But it had also spawned those who would viciously defend the SpyroXCynder pairing by berating users who are against SpyroXCynder, have a different take on the pairing, or have a different opposing opinion about it. This was notably rampant after the release of Dawn of the Dragon. The hostility of toxic SpyroXCynder fans drove away many Spyro fans from the fandom, and after a couple of years, it fortunately died down.
Until recently…

Korbin Server (archived) is a 19+ year old Spyro fan who supposedly works at a hospital. He is a Gundam fan, has a massive dragon fetish and is a SonicXTails shipper. Besides his love for Gundam, he is a big fan of the SpyroXCynder pairing, so much that any fanart that has Spyro being paired with anyone other than Cynder enrages him. He takes it upon himself to berate and chastise any fanart he comes across, like a corrupt policeman, and believes the artists who support fan shippings other than SpyroXCynder are supporting “rape” and “cheating”, and other terms that bend innocent material to his assumptions. His actions include hostile rants and self-delusions that he believes are “fact”, demeaning other users and directing his abusive behavior towards his fellow Spyro fans. It seems it started as far back as 2020. Any discussions about shipping can set off Korbin into a tirade or have him lash out at other users in a condescending fashion.
After posting disruptive comments about your opposing stance on SpyroXCynder, your art that doesn’t have Spyro or Cynder shipped together, and to other users in the art’s comment sections, he will promptly block you to get the last word.
Despite him stating he’s supportive of lesbian couples, Korbin hates the sight of Cynder being paired with Ember (a female pink dragon Spyro character), or any female character, both official and fan made. He believes such pairings are “weak” and “terrible” because Cynder and Ember never meet in the first place to make the shipping work, and “one is self-absorbed and annoying and the other seems to actually care that would be extremely toxic for Cynder”.

Reportedly, he will also use his friends to convince other users (who have blocked Korbin) to unblock him and give him another chance, despite the other party having been informed or made aware of his rampant behavior.
Apart from purposely seeking out fanart of characters he’s so possessive AND upset over, Korbin has shown to deliberately accuse anyone of wrongdoing over harmless content that he is greatly offended by, including Spyro fanart that doesn’t have Spyro and Cynder shipped together. He will also do this to play victim when he is called out for his behavior.
If called out, Korbin will even resort to posting false claims in posts about the users who spread the word about him and who oppose his way of thinking. He even played victim in response to users calling him out on his behavior on social media.

In an attempt to get the fanart he hates off the platform, Korbin has filed policy reports multiple times on the target fanart so the automatic site system will remove them in “policy violations”. This was notably done to several NSFW Spyro fanart that he dislikes and chooses to anger himself over instead of ignoring them outright.

Korbin has also copyright struck artwork done by artists he commissioned when he believes they are a “manipulative” and “sick” person. Doing this hurts the artists and potentially gets them banned. His reason for doing this is because Korbin feels uncomfortable having the art he paid for be featured on the commissioner’s page.

Like most trolls, Korbin is no stranger to his own hypocrisy. Despite getting emotionally obsessed with SpyroXCynder and going after people who ship Spyro or Cynder with other characters in fan content, Korbin mentions on the DM receipts above, that he’s dating a male partner.
He has no qualms with dating someone of the same gender, but is willing to go after Spyro fans who ship Spyro with other male characters in their fanworks.Therefore he’s going against his own rules, and they don’t apply to him. However on his current profile, he mentions he is currently single. Whether or not he said he had a partner just to get out of being called out is unknown.
Besides his rampage on Spyro fan content, Korbin seeks to buy the Spyro license. It’s not a joke, he opened a gofundme page for users to donate to him enough money to buy the Spyro IP because he believes he can take care of its characters and give them the attention and love they deserve. He even mentioned he will work with the Spyro community on fanfiction, fanart, bring back The Legend of Spyro trilogy, create new continuities, comics, etc.
However…
He forgets that the same Spyro community he is seeking help from is the same one he willingly attacks over fanworks that don’t have Spyro and Cynder shipped together. And he is wanting their help to gain ownership over characters he will, no doubt, misuse and gatekeep over like he is doing now. From how he acts towards the Spyro fanbase, his fellow fans (SpyroXCynder fans included), and other people regarding fan content on Spyro and Cynder, Korbin is no doubt the worst candidate of a fan owning a game IP like Spyro the Dragon and should not go anywhere near possession of the license.
While he is all bark and no bite on his own, Korbin has made alternate accounts to talk to himself, favorite his own stuff, like his own comments, bypass bans, watch his own account, respond to users who blocked him over his behavior and to other users in the same comment section to agree with himself or defend himself.
He was previously suspended on DeviantArt for harassing users with his alt accounts.

Some are named after alt accounts he used on other sites. He also tries and fails to act as someone who knows Korbin (himself) but still does the same BS he does on other sites. He has also used these throwaway accounts to rig votes on Spyro-related ship art so that Cynder can be shipped with Spyro out of other character options.

Korbin Server has shown that he is displaying no signs of stopping his self-righteous rampage on ship fanart he comes across, strongly believing what he does and says are just and fact. Artwork of SpyroXEmber, EmberXCynder, SpyroXOC, and CynderXOC, old and new, are not safe from him.
If you see his comments on other fanworks, block him asap.
If he leaves a disruptive abusive comment on your Spyro fan content, simply report his behavior to the site’s support team with direct links to his comment and other comments that you see.
If he’s caught using any alternate accounts to bypass your blocks on his main account, use that against him by making a report that includes him using an alt to bypass your block to harass you.
We cannot let a user like Korbin Server dictate what we draw, write, etc. and what not. We are free to draw whoever we want and support whatever ship we want. If you draw Spyro pairings (SpyroXFlame, SpyroXOC, EmberXCynder, CynderXFlame, CynderXOC) besides SpyroXCynder, go for it! If you draw Wings of Fire pairings that are different from ClearsightXOC, go for it! Do not let this deranged person tell you otherwise.
