How to Scan Using the Copying Machines
- Load the document you wish to scan in to the machine as if you were going to photocopy it.
- Press the “Scan” button.

- Decide where you want the file to go once it is scanned. Either e-mail or USB are great options. If you have a USB drive, that would likely be the easiest

- If you select the “E-Mail” option, you must tell the machine where to email it. Select the “To” button, then “Input @”, and then type in the email address you want to send it to

- If you select the “USB option, just plug in your drive, click on “File Name” and rename your file (if you want to).

- Press “OK”.
- Before you press the “Scan” button, you might want to take a look at the “Scan Settings” to verify it is how you want it. Once you have checked it, press scan. If you are scanning to a USB, it will tell you when you can remove the drive.
