__Insert company__ has previously received official notice regarding ALL MASK, Vaccine and vaccine passports ending. Mandates have been deemed unconstitutional and in violation of human rights. It is a my body, my choice issue.

Over 200 years ago the supreme court and Marbury V Madison determined any mandate or law that is repugnant or in conflict with the constitution is null and void at the moment of inception. No person shall obey it, there is no power to enforce it and no court shall uphold it. It has been challenged thousands of times and has never been overturned.

Masks MUST be entirely optional for all patrons and employees of__Insert company__. All signage must reflect mask use is entirely optional and up to the individual.

__Insert company__ must IMMEDIATELY alter your signage and policy to reflect that masks are entirely optional, only to be worn at THE PEOPLE’S discretion. YOU CAN NO LONGER REQUIRE OR EVEN RECOMMEND the use of MASKS.

After an investigation by the People's Bureau of Investigation, it has been determined a face mask is legally designated as a medical device by the FDA. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, Section 201(h) (Definition #2). Therefore, in every state, including insert state, face masks are regulated as a medical device. Merely recommending that someone wear a regulated medical device, a (mask) is the unlicensed practice of medicine. According to ORC 4731.41 and 4731.34 and in many states this is a 5th degree felony punishable up to one year in prison and a $2500 fine.

Furthermore, forcing a customer to wear a mask to enter your business is illegal under the FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS LAW TITLE II, which requires that as a place of public accommodation, your business must provide free and equal access to all services and facilities, Without discrimination. ORC 4112.02 further prohibits anyone from preventing entry to the full enjoyment of this business establishment, as no law has been broken.

This corporation is in violation of the PBI Rights Encroachment act of 2021. THE PEOPLE have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Anyone that is encroaching on the unalienable rights or rights of any person or persons must immediately cease and desist all encroaching activity. If the practice continues, fines will be assessed in the amount of $5000 per day.

Based on current laws, our founding documents, our liberty and our God given unalienable rights, no organization can force or require face coverings for any reason whatsoever. BREATHING FREELY with no obstruction IS A GOD GIVEN RIGHT. Masks MUST be entirely optional for all patrons and ALL employees in The Republic of America.

You have 7 days to comply. Lack of compliance will result in formally filing complaints with law enforcement and the military. THE PEOPLE will fully engage in a boycott. Fines will be instituted and The PBI will file class action lawsuits on behalf of THE PEOPLE. You are operating outside your oath of office. You swore to protect the constitution against foreign and domestic enemies. Doing so, you swore to protect MY constitutional and unalienable rights.
