The episode starts with Krishna saying that Draupadi can stop Karn from participating if she isnt willing to marry him. The next to participate is Dury. Dury announces everyone that his friend Karn will participate on his behalf. Draupadi is tensed that Arjun is not yet come.
At the forest, the pandavas meet an old man. He wishes to go to Kampilya but is unable to. He asks them to take him also to Kampilya. But they tell him that they are not going there. The man is sad and he asks them to go there, he notices their relectance and says that when his own sons have left him, He cant expect any pity from them. The pandavas look at each other.
At the palace, Karn marches forward to take the bow when DD stops him. He says that his sister will marry the one who fights for himself. Karn argues that a warrior is not only an archer, Dury is very good at gadh. DD says that the competition for archery only.
Karn says that he has the rights to fight for his friend. At hastinapur this has happened in the past. Draupad says that it might have happened in Hastinapur's history but not in panchal and they wont permit this.
Karn walks back to his place. Sakuni tells Dury that their parampara has been mocked at. Dury goes to Karn and stands supporting him. He argues for himself and his friend. Krishna intervenes and says that the brother and father are concerned for their sister and daughter. So it is better if one fights for himself. This is not any disrespect.
Dury says that then Karn will fight for himself. For he is a king himself. He asks Karn to go and take that bow.
Dury marches forward again. This time Draupadi is very restless, She looks at her father, her brother and Krishna. None of them objects as Karn takes the bow and takes aim.
Draupadi finally asks him to stop. She says that she cant marry a Sutr Putra.
The episode starts with Draupadi declaring that she is not willing to marry a Sutr Putr. Karn looks angry as he is about to replace the arrow back when Sun starts to burn so furiously and Karn looks daringly at the sun. Then he goes ahead and places the bow back. Krishna smiles as Draupadi looks for approval.
Karn will not go quietly. He asks a lot of questions and says she has commited a mistake today. Draupad says that in swayamvar, a girl has her say. Dury says this was not her right, it is her arrogance.
Draupadi says if she was wrong let the sun god burn her. The sun burns brightly but she is untouched. Draupadi continues to say that it is the duty of everyone to follow the rules of swayamvar and she is well within her limits to deny marrying anyone as per her wish. Her father agrees with her.
Dury says that no one else would be able to do this task. At that time Pandavas walk in. Krishna smiles at them. Draupadi is stunned with happiness she looks at Krishna to confirm. He smiles acknowledgingly.
Dury comes forward and takes the bow to break it. It injures him and flies back to its place. Dury is furious. Krishna explains that the bow will allow itself to be broken only if there are no one in the venue who can win this competition. Which means there is someone who can take part.
The king gives open invite to all the kings and princes to come forward to try the bow. But no one comes forward. The old man who is being carried by Bheem is beaming at other brahmins that he also reached the venue.
Draupadi asks Krishna if a princess cannot marry a Brahmin. Krishna says ofcourse you can if you are willing to. She asks him to invite the brahmins too as she eyes at Arjun who is still not willing to participate. Krishna goes to King Draupad and asks him to invite the brahmins for the competition. Draupad says that Draupadi is destined to be a queen of queens... How can she marry a Brahmin. Krishna says if she is destined to be Queen of queens, then the one whom she marries will definely become a king.
The king announces all the brahmins to come forward too.
The Episode starts with Drupad asking the Brahmin's present in the rangamandap to come forward. Arjun tells others that its time for them to leave. They retreat but Krishna's words stop them.
Vasudev says that sacrifice may also be the symbol of strength but what use is such strength to the world. Sacrifice may be the biggest Tapasya but what use is such penance to the world. Going away is no solution to the situation. If you have strength come back and show it
Yudhishtir says to arjun that Vasudev is giving a signa. Arjun comes back and moves to wards the contest fish.The sitting kings laugh at him saying when so many Kshatriya could not hit the target how can a brahmin do it. They mock him saying you should hold bhiksha patra and not bow and arrow.
The other brahmins present say that its the brahmin who teach the khastriya. Think of Lord Parshuram and hit the target.
Draupadi seems happy she recognizes Arjun and hopes he wins.
Arjun bows to drupad and Vasudev and says naman to Shikhandini and draupadi. Rukmi laughs saying but if you win this contest will you make a temple for her? Vasudev says every house is a temple and every woman an ansh of durga. He says to Rukmi dont worry i do naman to your sister every day.
Arjun says that every woman is a form of durga and should always be respected
Arjun reaches the contest are and picks up the bow . Puts the arrow and hits the target
Draupadi is very happy. Flowers fall from the target. The brahmin who had brought the pandavas to the rangmandap says he expects a big bhiksha now and if Princess did not put garland around the young man's neck he will marry his grand daughter to him.
Arjun moves towards center of the hall. Karna recoganizes him and shouts Arjun???
-Arjun and Draupadi exchange garlands. Duryodhan and Sakuni are not happy. Draupadi and Arjun bid farewell to Draupad and Krishna. Yudishtra, Nakul and Sahadev leave from there asking Bheem to come with Arjun and Draupadi.
-As Arjun is leaving with Draupadi, Sakuni instigates the rest of the Kshatriyas saying that a brahmin going of with the rajkumari is a big shame to all the kings and we need to punish the brahmin for comminting this disrespect. Arjun says that if they attack him it would be big paap. Sakuni says that the kshatriyas are the ones who protect everyone on this earth and disrespecting them is a bigger sin and they have the right to punish him.
- Duryodhan rushes to attack the couple. Karn stops his friend ask in him to give respect to the bow. They have to face Arjun in proper war. Rukmi says that thy will punish the brahmin y giving him death.
-Bheem comes forward and stops everyone from marching forward by one sabotaging the entire stretch of steps connecting him to others with one powerful kick. Krishna smiles and assures Draupad that Draupadi is safer in their hands. He then speaks to the kings to value the man whom won it fair and clear.
- Duryodhan announces that he won't fight the brahmin and he will let him go today. Sakuni retreats as the brahmin old man who brought the panda as to the venue asks him to fight with him first. Draupad gives the couple his blessings again.
-Krishna also blesses draupadi and gives her 5 stones each denoting dharma... justice, skills, love, patience and righteousness. She asks for explanation. Krishna says hen in future when he confused on a way out, she can use them. Arjun and Krishna exchange some cute nokjokhs with eyes.
- Arjun informs the old brahmin that he wishes to get blessings from his mother. The old man wants to go with them and bheem to lift him again. Arjun and Draupadi share a romantic eye lock.
-Arjun and Draupadi walk back with Bheem and the old man. After pulling Arjun's leg a little and also teasing Bheem a bit, Draupadi makes Arjun confess that they are not brahmins. Draupadi also confesses that she knew them.
-Draupadi donates her jewels the old brahmin and they continue with their journey.
-The three of them meet the other pandavas. Draupadi pulls their leg a little too but Bheem laughs and gives away her game. Draupadi comes forward to get Yudishtra's blessings but he stops her and says that first blessing come from Kunti.
- Sahadev gets seperated. The other five move forward. Sahadev isn't feeling good about the star signs and wants to stop Arjun. But others don't notice it. At cottage kunti is preparing for a puja.
-The five enter the cottage and Arjun announces her to see what he has brought home. Nakul joins him saying that Arjun today has got a very nice gift.
-Kunti says that whatever it is, as usual everyone shares it. Sahadev also comes in at that time. The six of them look at each other. Yudishtra signals a worried Arjun that he will take care. He asks his mother to first look at what they are talking about.
-Kunti is still in puja. She says whatever it is a gift or punishment, she doesn't need to see it. Her wish is all the five shares it and that's final. He five brothers are shocked. So is Draupadi.
It starts with the same scene where Kunti says that whatever Arjun has got will be shared equally. Everyone are shocked hearing this. Kunti is shocked to see it is a princess. She asks how can you all describe a girl as a dhan. Arjun says she was his Kanya Dhaan. He asks her that she asked them to share her but how can they. Kunti is speechless she looks at Draupadi. Draupadi runs out of there. Kunti calls her but she doesn't stop.
Yudi tells Kunti that it was her mistake. She shouldn't have said without looking. Kunti runs to Draupadi who is at the river side. She admits her mistake. But Draupadi tells what was her mistake. Kunti says that she should be subjected to Drauapdi's wrath as it was her mistake. Draupadi comes down, she says it wasn't her mistake. It wasn't Kunti's mistake too.. Kunti promises to take back her words.
She comes back to her sons. All the five are staring in different directions. all the five are distraught. Kunti says she wants to take back her word. She asks Arjun to marry Draupadi immediately. Yudi says that Arjun has the duty to marry the princess.
Kunti and arjun look at him. Yudi continues. He says that the person who is in position to give orders should not spill words. Kunti comes to him. She says that now I am taking the words. He says that the words slipped cannot be taken back. This is a biggest dharmasangat for all the brothers. While Arjun should marry the princess, the other four should not and wont come even in front of the princess. This is for avoiding embarrassment for the princess.
Kunti starts to cry what should we do now... Yudi and Bheem tells that the four will take sanyas. That way everything will be resolved. Arjun is shocked. Kunti starts to cry.
At the river side Draupadi is waiting. Arjun comes to her. SHe asks if Kunti has spoken to them. Arjun asks for forgiveness and asks her to marry his elder brother. Draupadi says that it was he whom she garlanded. Arjun says that he doesn't have an answer for this, may be this is destiny. Draupadi says destiny is what is destined and not forced and she wont accept it.
NOTE: A must watch episode... Today Yudi got such wonderful dialogues... For the first time, Arjun took a back seat today... it was Yudi, Bheem, Draupadi and Kunti all the way
The episode starts with Arjun asking Draupadi to marry Yudi for Hastinapur throne sake. Draupadi asks about him, He says that the other four brothers will take sanyas. Any four brothers should take sanyas and if Yudi takes then the throne will suffer.
Draupadi asks Arjun if this was like he was using his skills to win her for his brother? Karn tried to do the same. But he was stopped. But now the same is happening with Arjun too. She asks him what about her sanskar in this. She garlanded one and she is marrying another. Arjun says that there is no other way other than to perform a balidhan on her. She says fine, you perform a balidhan, you ask your three brothers to do so too.. Will your brother be happy to see you all do so?
Arjun realises then and says, then better you go back to your father, lets cancel this. She asks who will marry her again. She asks if he has forgotten what happened to Amba and if this was a regular practise for the princes of Kuru clan.
Arjun apologises to her and says he has no other way as his other brothers have decided to take sanyas for his sake and turns away from her and walks towards his brothers. Draupadi turns to the river to jump into it as she gets the five blue stones that Krishna gave her and remembers his words.
Near the cottage the brothers are assembled along with Kunti. Yudi says that they should not do such a injustice to Draupadi and the marraige should happen with Arjun.
Draupadi comes there and calls out for Kunti. Kunti says that we have found a way, and Draupadi will marry Arjun while the rest will take sanyas. Draupadi says Sanyas should not be taken as a escape mechanism and also Bheem is already married why should you punish that girl for this as well.
Kunti asks what else we have. Draupadi says that she cant do such a big injustice to Pandu's vansh.
She looks at the five stones once again, and gaining strength from it, tells Kunti that she is ready to marry all the five.
Yudi shouts that it is ashambav. A higher pitch of ashambhav is heard. They all watch as King Draupad and DD ascend from their carraige.
Draupad screams if these Brahmins decided to share his daughter and what kind of besharm act was that and if they had any dharm in their sense. The five brothers lower their heads in shame. Yudi comes forward to explain but Draupad doesn't want to hear anything. He asks draupadi to leave to the palace with him. He says that the wedding is cancelled. Draupadi asks if it isn't a shame if she returns back. Draupad says that other things are all very small when compared to his daughter and he takes her to the carriage. She keeps looking at Arjun as she leaves with her father and Brother.
Kunti breaks down saying why she did such a wrong to this kanya. VedVyas comes there. He tells her if she thought she did wrong what work does god have.. Everyone greet him. Yudi asks for a solution. VedVyas tells that he himself knows the solution but right now he is very restless that's why he is not able to judge properly.
Episode begins with Drupad, Draupadi and Dhrishtadyumn returning to Kampilya. Drupad calls off the wedding arrangements and tells Dhrishtadyumn to inform the servants of this. Draupadi sees the wedding mandap and remembers Arjun.
Shikhandini arrives and Drupad tells her what has happened. Shikhandini consoles Draupadi, and Draupadi tells her that the brahmin was Rajkumar Arjun. She explains that the Pandavas are in hiding and requests Shikhandini not to tell Drupad.
Shikhandini says that after what they did we shouldn't bother thinking about them, and leads Draupadi to the palace.
Next we see the Pandavas listening to Vyas's advice. Vyas asks Yudhishtir who will rule Hastinapur if you take sanyaas. Kunti says they have no ambition for the throne as they have given up their rights. Vyas asks Kunti whether they had thought about the citizens of Hastinpur when making this decision. He asks her if she realises that if Duryodhan is made King, how many generations to come would be ruled over by adharma.
Vyas explains that to make decisions from the heart and to love from the mind, is the first step on the path of adharma. Kunti decides to stop hiding and says they must return to Hastinapur.
Vyas agrees to this, but says that if Yudhishtir or Bhima take sanyaas then Duryodhan will definitely be made the next King. He explains that since Arjun is younger he would have no right to the throne. Vyas adds that if the 4 younger brothers take sanyaas, then who will protect Yudhishtir?
Sahadev interrupts Vyas, asking if it is correct to be debating on politics at this present time. Arjun asks why they are weighing the decision of marriage on political scales, especially when Draupadi is facing such a dilemma.
Vyas explains that politics is as important as dharma when it comes to making difficult decisions, as it would not be proper to think only about one's self and forget about society. Arjun agrees with Vyas but says that his heart does not agree when he thinks of Rajkumari Draupadi.
He voices how terrible it would be to be the wife of 5 husbands, and how would they be able to give such a life to a woman? Vyas agrees that Draupadi's life would be difficult, but he tells the Pandavas they would have to make their life into a tapasya as well.
The scene continues (going round the houses a little)... Bhim asks how he can think of his younger brother's wife as his wife? He asks how he can think of his elder brother's wife, who should be like a mother, as his wife?
Vyas explains with an example of a murti surrounded by 3 kalishes, belonging to them all, and none at the same time. Vyas asks the Pandavas what they plan to do now, and Yudhishtir says they must go to Kampilya. Vyas blesses them saying that this is how dharma will be established.
In Kampilya, Drupad is standing at the balcony of the palace. He spots the Pandavas and Kunti walking towards the palace and he shouts for Dhrishtadyumn. Drupad tells him that those 5 brahmins who dared insult Panchal's Rajkumari are heading this way.
They organise the army and tells the soldiers that there is no sin in killing adharmi brahmins. Drupad fires arrows at the Pandavas feet to warn them not to come any closer.
Drupad asks how they have dared to step foot in Kampilya.
Drupad aims another arrow at them, but Krishna arrives and stops him. Krishna explains that the brahmin who won the swayamvar is Arjun and that they are Pandu's sons the Pandavas.
The Episode starts with Pandavas entering Kampilya. Draupad says how dare you come here and raises an arrow at them. He says whether my daughter marries these five or remains unmarried she will have to bear insults only. Krishna says To drupad that this is an outcome of his own deeds. When Draupadi was born what had he asked from the Gods? Drupad remembers that he has asked for a life full of struggle for his daughter. He remembers that he had asked that she be given pain and still she remains sacred, Drupad releases the arrow into the sky. Krishna says if you sow seeds of neem you will get neem only. Draupadi will have to marry these five but she will sail through her struggles and will be hailed as one of the most sacred women of Aryavrat, She will be worshipped and respected forever.
Vasudev tells drupad to exept his five sons in law.
Drupad folds his hands.
Draupadi is in her room and is in great thought.
Krishna arrives there and says are you content with your decision Draupadi?
Draupadi starts crying and says how did I take this decesion? How did I do such Adharma?
Krishna says then why did you say yes for this adharma Draupadi?
Draupadi says what could I have done? Should I have allowed Mata Kunti's four sons to take Sanyas? She must have been heart broken at the thought. But she did not even shed one tear.
I saw the sorrow on Prince arjun's face. Then how could I have dreamt of my happy future?
Society has expectations from these princes. How could I have ruined everyone's expectations?
Krishna says you did what you did out of sense of responsibility towards others and compassion. How can such an act be called Adharma?
Draupadi feels slightly better.
She says you had given me five stones. I took them has your command of Dharma and took this decision. Is this really Dharma?
Krishna says By calling this an act of Dharma I cannot cause all women of the world grief by calling it Dharma but you did what you did out of compassion and compassion is the foundation stone of Dharma. So for you and you alone this is an act of dharma.
Draupadi says but how will I live with five men. How will I be able to do Justice to them? And the society? How will I hear their remarks? What all, will people think of me?
Krishna says for those who tread the path Dharma, Lord showers their path with flowers.. I promise you Draupadi whenever in need you call me I will come to your aid. This is my promise to you.
-Draupadi decides to gets married to the Pandavas after talking with Krishna
-Shakuni confronts Karna for not competing with Arjun and Bheem, in the Swayamvara. He suggests Duryodhan to become the king of Hastinapur, before Dhritarashtra learns that the Pandavas are alive.
-On Drupad's insistence, Ved Vyas seeks the Pandavas promise on few things pertaining to their marital life.
-Ved Vyas informs the Pandavas that Draupadi will be married to each Pandava for an year. She will go through fire to regain her virginity after the year with each panda a brother.
-Bheem announces that Draupadi will be the queen of their dynasty. He also promises not to bring any other wife of theirs to the palace where she is living.
-Draupadi gets married to the Pandavas. All the six take the pheres
