====  8/16/2013 詢問ACP對連署書的回應  ========================

Dear Mr. Rivet and Mr Faburel:

We would like to know the status of our petition.

We need a representative who cares about randonneuring and our cyclists. Unfortunately, the president of Randonneurs Taiwan, Mr. Jack Ruan and the vice-president Ms. Huang are not good choice for the job. Having another ACP representative in Taiwan is the wish from the majority of the cyclists who have participated in randonneuring. We really hope ACP can seriously consider our request.

We did not provide the details of the misconducts by RT in previous email and in the package. One of the reasons is that we would like to give Mr. Ruan a chance, therefore not to oppose the our petition. However, if you need further information, we are happy to provide them for you.

Best regards,

Yiping Lin

on behalf of Petition for a new ACP representative in Taiwan

==== 8/17/2013 ACP 副總裁 Mr. Faburel 回覆,並cc給阮會長 =======

Dear Mrs Lin,

We received your petition, including the 150 letters from randonneurs from Taiwan. We are very pleased to know that you would like to improve the situation of the BRM in Taiwan. We have the same will. But we appreciate the difficult job done by our two representatives during the past years and we know how difficult it can be to create from zero a large organization like Randonneurs Taiwan. We also know that our representative still wants to improve the BRM organization in Taiwan. That’s why we fully support him. He knows that he needs some help to manage such a large organization and everyone is welcome to help him. You already know that we don’t want to have several representatives for the same country. So, despite your petition, we don’t accept to have two representatives for Taiwan. If my message is not clear enough, I can write in French to avoid any misunderstanding.

Best regards,

Jean-Gualbert FABUREL
