Q: A report/popup disappears too quick for me to see it and goes away:

A: If you don’t see the banner or item to click on to disable pop-ups, you may have to manually add the site to your list. Follow the links below for instructions for each browser:

Chrome (click on “always allow pop-ups from a specific site)


You may have to re-run the report or reload the page. If it’s a requisition it will have already been created, you can search the log to make sure it’s been submitted and print the log to keep a paper copy. Re-submitting the requisition will create a new one.

Q: I forgot my password for “_____”

A: First, make sure you are using the correct web address for the site you can’t get access to. Some things we log into are specific for Marlin ISD. Then, if you see a “reset/forgot password” link try that. Finally if you still can’t get access, email alejeune. I will get you sorted as soon as possible.

Q: the link for “_____” won’t work. 

A: some links have recently changed, and there may be quite a few link or product changes coming soon. I will send emails with details for all new links and products, the easiest thing to do is to bookmark them in your browser as soon as you get the email. If you have the correct link but it’s just not working, please verify at least one other person can’t get access and then email alejeune. If it’s just you, try restarting your computer. If you still don’t have access… PANIC!!!!! (don’t panic, just email alejeune!)

Accessing Google Mail for Marlin ISD

        If your password does not work, press Control-Alt-Delete on your keyboard and select “Change a Password.” You can use your existing computer password all three times, then click the arrow, or change your computer password, which will also set your google password.

Your old emails should have been migrated from First Class. If there is an old email that you need but do not see, you can either search for it using the search bar at the top of the page, or open First Class to find the email.
