Strengths Network South Pacific (SNSP) offers training and ongoing professional development opportunities to enable accredited StrengthsFinder coaches to provide feedback and consultation using the themes identified by Clifton Strengthsfinder. This workshop is designed to give the coach additional tools to help individuals discover what is right and use this to help them understand their unique talents, and leverage these talents towards achieving personal and professional success in their roles and relationships.

This workshop provides the opportunity for coaches of any experience level and from any context to get together to discuss, explore, pull apart and investigate each StrengthsFinder theme. Participants will leave this workshop with great questions to ask clients, ideas for session content, and inspired to take their coaching further. For specific questions about content please contact the SNSP office.

Pre Training Requirements

This workshop is open to all SNSP Top 5 trained or Gallup Accredited coaches.

Ongoing Support

We recommend all trained Accredited Coaches join the Strengths Network for ongoing support, resources and professional development. We provide workshops for coaches to continue their development and  have opportunities throughout NZ for coaches to meet together for networking and mentoring opportunities throughout the year. Find out more here.

For those belonging to the Network we provide regular feedback from coachees via online feedback forms. These forms are available on the StrengthsNetwork website.

Each SNSP Accredited Coach will have the option of being listed on the website directory.

Course Cancellation

SNSP courses combine lecture-style instruction and group activities. Each session has a minimum number of participants required to ensure a successful learning experience. SNSP reserves the right to cancel any session that does not reach the minimum number of participants on or before the Confirmation Date listed and will notify all registered participants of the cancellation at that time. We encourage participants to plan their travel and accommodation only once the course has been confirmed  as each participant is responsible for their own travel/accommodation expenses.
