PURCHASE OF A BJFF ALL-ACCESS PASS

Please note: that all passes are digital and you will have the option to save the pass on your phone or print it out to be presented and scanned at screenings. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PASS AVAILABLE FOR ENTRY.
1. To purchase an BJFF All-Access Pass, click here
2. Select Quantity 1, click “Add”
Please note if you wish to purchase more than one pass, this will need to be done in different transactions in order to receive your individual pass and to watch films virtually.

4. Sign in and checkout
At the sign in prompt:
If you already have an account, you will be asked to sign in, click “submit”
If you do not have an account, click on the orange area - “Don’t have an account yet?, Click here to sign-up.”
Please fill out completely. All of this year’s virtual films are available to Massachusetts residents only with a valid MA address and zip code.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO JOT DOWN YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND VERIFY THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT. This is very important as you will need this information when you want to watch films during our virtual festival, November 18 - 20.

5. Please add your name for the pass, then click proceed.

7. Verify your order, click “Checkout”
8. Please enter payment information, then click “make payment”
9. Click “Finalize Order”
A confirmation page will be generated to show that your transaction was complete. A confirmation will also be sent to the email address you entered into your account. It will be coming from info@bostonjfilm.org. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION IN YOUR EMAIL, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER AND BE SURE TO MARK AS NOT SPAM/JUNK.

Sample: Saved on your Google/Apple Wallet - To save your pass in your Apple or Google Wallet, open your confirmation on your phone and you will have the option to do so.

The films available for streaming are coded with a Green Box:
**Please make sure you are signed in**
-Choose film you would like to watch and click “more details”
-Click “Watch Now”. If you are not signed in, the “Watch Now” prompt will not appear.
-When you choose “Watch On This Device,”the film is ready to view on your device. You will have 48 hours to screen. Please note, films are only available from November 18, 12am until November 20, 11:59pm.
Although we cannot guarantee you will be able to watch on your Smart TV from your device, here are some options for streaming to your TV:
PLEASE NOTE: ROKU AND APPLETV ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
*Check to make sure that Airplay is turned on your Smart TV. Should work on: Newer smart TV from LG, Samsung, Sony or Vizio. CLICK HERE for instructions
*Set Up Wi-Fi on Your iDevice to make sure its connected to the same router as your Smart TV. Compatible devices include any iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad capable of running iOS 11.4 or later. CLICK HERE for instructions
*If you are unable to find Airplay settings on your TV or your iDevice, then they are not compatible to AirPlay.

For optimal screening experience, please make sure all your tabs are closed. Recommended browsers include Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome. If you are having problems screening in one browser, please switch to another. (Internet Explorer NOT supported)

If you have a laptop or computer with an HDMI port, you can use an HDMI cable to connect your computer to your TV, using it as a second monitor. You will need to have access to the back or side of your TV to check to see if your TV has an HDMI port and to make this connection.
Once connected, make sure the correct input source is selected on your TV. Your TV will then act as a second monitor for your computer.
Please note:
*Make sure you have your pass readily available at the theaters for scanning, passes are available in your confirmation. You must have your pass present for entrance into the theater.
When your transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation, this will also be sent to your email. There are 3 choices for how you would like to utilize your tickets, Mobile ticket, Print at Home, or save to your Google or Apple Wallet. (See above for samples of pass options)
Masks are optional. The town/city and venue will dictate any mask mandates. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home. You may contact us at info@bostonjfilm.org for a refund or to exchange tickets for a later date.
