Dear Mr. de László,
I have not been at the office for some days and hence your letter of Aug 1. has only just come into my hands. We shall be sending you in a day or two a copy of the number containing a reproduction of your portrait of Countess Curzon [3015].[1]
I am interested to learn that you are about to paint Mr Balfour’s portrait for Eton.[2]
I look forward to seeing the result and hope it may be as great a success as the Lord Roberts [6924].
With kind regards | Very sincerely yours
Charles Holme
