CHROMEBOOK INFO FOR SENIOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS

Seniors,

Congrats on your quickly approaching graduation from RHS.  Please read the information pertaining to the end of the year technology procedures.

Chromebooks must be purchased by the end of the day Monday, May 14th, 2018 at the Help Desk.  Purchase forms are available at the Help Desk or printed from here.

On the day you are released you will need to have purchased your device or you will need to turn in the following to the library in good condition:

I would start bringing your chargers to school in May so you don’t have to run home and get them after your surprise release date.  I can’t sign your release form until you have turned all parts in, purchased the device or paid for any damage/missing parts.

If you have damage to your device I would recommend buying the device for $50 as this is more economical than paying for damage to the device you are turning in.

Replacement/Damage Costs

Missing Charger $30

Broken Screen $40

Broken Keyboard ($50) - If you have missing keys bring it to me and I’ll see if I can fix them.  Do this ASAP to beat the rush.

Senior Information pertaining to - Gmail/Drive and what to do after you have purchased your device

Please review the following document pertaining to purchasing/ turning in Chromebooks and Google Drive Transfers to personal Gmail Accounts.  Please contact Mr. Moore at bmoore@rochester3a.net with any questions.

PARENT INFORMATION

AFTER PROM VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

After Prom is less than 3 weeks away, and we need at least 5 more parent volunteers from 10:30pm - 4:30am to help supervise the event!  Volunteer duties include monitoring activities, helping set up/serve food, and supervising during the hypnotist show. This is a fun night for our students, and we can’t do it without parent support.

Please contact Megan Hawkins at mhawkins@rochester3a.net or 498-9761 ext. 1072 by Friday, April 27 if you would like to volunteer or contribute a donation. Thank you very much in your help to make this event a success!

Parents who are picking up your child after school,

We are working on making our parking lot after school more efficient and are asking for your help.  All parents who are picking up students after school should move to the far east end of the drive through behind the JH.  You may also park in the parking spots that face the auditorium or in the parking spots behind the junior high. Please do not stop and park behind vehicles that are parked, as they cannot get out of their spots after school.  We are also asking that you do not stop in the road behind the high school in order to ease congestion as the high school students are leaving.  You can have your students walk down the sidewalk and meet you behind the JH/auditorium (east end).
