Example:

Time management

I will not go to the locker to get my PE gear in between my classes, as it will make me late to class. This will mean that I’m ready to start the lesson on time.

I will make sure that I help the teacher set up any equipment for lesson activities so that we can get on with the lesson and have more time doing the activity.

1. Using Self Control

I will not get angry at the ref or other team members, if there has been a false call made. Such as a contact in Netball, I will be calm and accept the foul. This relates to Weaknesses in my SWOT analysis because I disagree with the ref’s call a lot.

2.  Being adaptable

I will learn how to cope and deal with other people’s last minute decisions or change of plans. This will mean I am ready for either task such as practical, and theory. This relates to my Weaknesses because I struggle with accepting the fact the we’re not doing what’s been told we are doing.
