The key benefit of our plans is to offer a guarantee that your Hitachi performs at 100%. This gives reduced risk of downtime and smarter production efficiencies, giving you peace of mind.

To get the best out of your Hitachi inkjet printers, it requires regular servicing.

 

Options are as follows:

Standard Annual Service:

Total        = $1200 + GST per annum per machine

Standard Monthly Service Check:

Total                        =   $1860 + GST per annum

Invoiced monthly @ $155 + GST

Addition machines        = $55 + GST per machine per month

The following pricing is based on the Christchurch region, we reserve the right to change the price to suit your companies needs.

Smart Plan:

The Smart Plan is a preventative maintenance plan that is designed to reduce the risk of machine failure that leads to plant downtime. It requires a one year commitment and involves the monthly service checks, annual service and will save you $540 per year. It also gives you a 40% discount on our labour rate of $125 +gst per hour for any additional breakdowns.

Master Plan:

The Master Plan is designed for those who want a complete turn key solution with a built in fixed cost. This is basically an insurance plan that covers the machine for any component failures, repairs and breakdowns.

Additional machines        = $3410 + GST per machine per annum

        Invoiced monthly @ $285 + GST

It is our practice to contact you one month before your printer is due for its annual service. We will schedule a time that suits you and also provide a. This gives us the opportunity to service the machine in our workshop and fully test it after it has been thoroughly calibrated.

Breakdowns and untrained operators can cost you thousands of dollars per year when considering the real cost of plant downtime. Our core focus at Southern Technology is to keep your line running by providing preventative maintenance and service with a fast response time.

All plans are subject to a minimum term of one year and are reviewed annually.

Damage caused by misuse or neglect to the Hitachi Machine is not covered by any of these plans.
