THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Imaginarium: An immersive theatrical experience!

You can expect to be guided through a series of magical realms by the characters Pierrot and Mister Moon, where you’ll explore shifting environments filled with light, water, and wonder. Along the way, you’ll select your own dream ticket and face the challenges and surprises that come with it. The experience blends storytelling, visual effects, and interactive elements, creating an engaging atmosphere where you can reflect on the power of dreams and the risks they carry. It’s a creative escape that’s both thought-provoking and visually captivating, offering a chance to experience imagination in a new and exciting way.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at kanvas Dubai, Unit 1, Al Khayat Avenue, 19th Street, Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The workshop will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

In total it will be 1hr 30 mins of experience

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Is there air conditioning?

The venue is fully air-conditioned.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

They can see and understand most part of the workshop

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

None.

Will there be strobe lights?

There will be no strobe lights or effects during the experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

There will be no food and no beverages available on site for purchase.

Can I take photos or record the experience? 

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Will be great to use the hashtag #Imaginarium and tag us @kanvas_dubai on instagram.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

There will be seats available during the workshop for anyone who requires it. For some part standing, walking will be required.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, separate ladies' and gentlemen's restrooms.

ACCESS

Do I need to wear a mask?  

No masks are required.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive late, you can join the current show, but no complaints will be accepted if you miss any part of the workshop.

Can I bring animals?

Please do not bring your pets to the workshop as you cannot supervise your pets during the  experience.  

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is there an age requirement?

The experience is suitable for all ages. 

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available near the venue.

What if the weather is bad?

It is an indoor venue, so weather does not affect the experience.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other guests.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes, you can buy tickets onsite.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

No.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Imaginarium: An immersive theatrical experience! can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
