How to Disable YouTube Comments

There are many times that you may want to upload a video for in-class use, but you don’t want people to be able to add comments. There’s a very simply way to disable them. Let’s take a look.

First, log in to your YouTube account. You can only disable comments on videos you have uploaded. On the upper right of your screen, next to your name/account you will see the “upload” button, and a little gear. Click on the dropdown for the gear and click on the “Video Manager” in the dropdown.
