PCA RENWEB ACCOUNT PAYMENTS

Payment method: All outstanding charges, including but not limited to tuition and student fees, must be drafted by PCA from a checking or savings account on a monthly basis.  Payments made by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.

The tuition and student fees are paid in full no later than June 5, 2018. There is a $100 discount for payment in full received by June 5. The convenience fee will be waived for annual payments received in full no later than June 5, 2018.

The tuition and student fees are paid in two equal installments with the first payment due no later than June 5, 2018 and the second payment due no later than December 5, 2018. The convenience fee will be waived for the first installment of the semi-annual payment plan received no later than June 5, 2018.

The tuition and student fees are paid in equal monthly installments beginning on June 5, 2018 and ending in May 2019.

A $50 charge will be assessed for any payment that is returned because of non-sufficient funds.

Late admittance: In the case of admittance after the start of the first semester, tuition will be prorated based on the number of days the student will be in school and all annual student fees will be charged in full. In the case of admittance after, or at the start of, the second semester, tuition will be prorated based on the number of days the student will be in school and all student fees will be charged at one half.

Early withdrawal: In the case of early withdrawal, including before the start of school, all annual student fees and one semester of tuition must be paid in full. Past the first semester, tuition is prorated based on the number of days the student was in school, and all annual student fees must be paid in full.
