4 | Consider how you typically cope with strong emotions. Are these coping strategies effective? If not, what alternative strategies could you try? |
5 | Think about a relationship where you often experience challenging emotions. How might you apply PEEFT principles to improve communication and understanding in that relationship? |
6 | Reflect on a time when you struggled to express your emotions. What barriers or fears prevented you from expressing yourself? How can you overcome these barriers in the future? |
