How to Get Started

STEP 1 - Someone will send you a link.

   That link will take you to a page that looks like this:

STEP 2 - Click on Start Streaming Now.

STEP 3 - Complete the Account Info Form below to purchase NovaCast:

Important Notes

  • The first password you create is for your Back Office account.
  • Remember or write down this password.
  • Everyone receives a Back Office account:
  • Subscribers use it for:
  • Learning how to use NovaCast

  • Affiliates use it for:
  • Marketing tools
  • Reporting and tracking

STEP 4 - Create your Streaming Password:

The Streaming Password is what you will use for your streaming service when your account is ready.  This password will be emailed to you and will be available in your BackOffice.

 STEP 5 – Enter your credit card info:

5a. Enter your billing address:

Note: Make sure your zip code matches the zip code used on your credit card.

        

5b. Add your Payment Method.

Special Note

If by chance the credit card entry pop-up window closes before you finish entering your credit card, no worries. Please follow these steps.

Quick Fix

  • Click the Back button located in the black header on the left side of the screen.

  • Click on My Account

Enter your email and password you set.

You will then have a screen that looks like this:

Click on Start Streaming to place your order for Get Started

You will be back at the credit card section to place your order:

Double check all your information is still correct, and then click on “Add Payment Method”. You should be able to complete the transaction.

STEP 6 – Check the boxes and click the Start Streaming button.

Your account may take 24 to 48 hours to be processed. Depending on the volume of accounts enrolling at any one time, it might actually be ready for viewing within 10-20 minutes.

You will receive a welcome email with your credentials almost immediately.  

Your Streaming Credentials will always be available in your BackOffice for review.

Becoming an Affiliate

STEP 1 - Click on Upgrade Now Under Become an Affiliate.

STEP 2 – Complete Business Information and agree to Distributor Agreements.

There is no cost to be an affiliate.  

You do not need to enter a company name; but you can if you wish.

STEP 3 - Click “Complete Upgrade”

 STEP 4 - A pop up will show up, click ok

You will then be redirected to “Open Back Office”:

STEP 5: Click on Open Back Office 

Step 5 Click on Go to Back Office

When you open your back office now you will see a updated menu on the left hand side.

STEP 6 – Click on Account

STEP 7 – Change your Handle:

  • Clear out the default and add your own.
  • It can be your name, company, tagline, whatever you want.
  • It should not be changed.
  • Don’t make it long; keep it to one word or a combo of words — with no spaces.

STEP 8 – If you wish, add your logo or picture for your enrollment page.  

STEP 9 - Fill out any additional information if it isn’t already there.

Scroll down and remember to click Save Changes at the bottom of the page:

Click on dashboard

Scroll to My Personalized Website

This is your Enrollment Link 

  • IF YOU HAVE NOT SHARED YOUR ENROLLMENT LINK, you can change it.
  • Once you share you should not change it.
  • If you request an Information Page, you can NOT change it.

Requesting an Information Page

STEP 1 - Go to https://novacast.info/request 

STEP 2 - Enter your information.  

Select what data you want to share (or not share) that will be displayed on your customized Information Page.

STEP 3 - Go to your ACZ back office.  Copy your Enrollment Link and paste it in the spot for Your Affiliate URL.

STEP 4 - BEFORE HITTING THE SUBMIT REQUEST VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION AND WHAT YOU WANT DISPLAYED

You will then receive an email from IT@novacastmgt.com  (CHECK YOUR SPAM)

The email will be sent within minutes, Click on the Open Your NovaCast Page.

This is your Information Page with videos for you to share:

The START WATCHING NOW button will take you to your personalized Enrollment Page that you set up in the beginning of this guide.
