  1. Physical activities which provide challenge, self-expression and social interactions lead to personal enjoyment
  • What is the relationship between physical activity and changes in one’s body? How would you meet those needs?
  • How can I improve my performance so I can participate successfully and increase the likelihood of regular physical activity?
  • How do your choices help you build and maintain physical fitness?
  • How can physical activity provide opportunities for personal enjoyment, challenge, self-expression and social interactions?
