Check out some of these testimonials! :
“I had a great experience working with you, and I was quite happy with the Weekly Rental.
Frankly, the best thing an artist can do is to treat their customers as such, to listen to them, be
responsive, and be a good business leader. You did all that. Asked the right questions, set the
right expectations [...] Thank you. - Jake”
“It was a sheer pleasure to have worked with you, as your prices were reasonable, the art was
fantastic, and you seem to have a knack for reaching into my head and putting onto paper what I
was imagining. - Patrick
According to my Anonymous Customer Satisfaction Survey, since 2009, 88% of replies
rated the overall commissioning experience a perfect 5 out of 5, and 96% of replies
indicated the customer would be happy to commission me again!
Hello, and thank you for inquiring about renting Mitti for a week!
Here we have a FAQs set up to hopefully answer any questions.
Q: What do I get?
A : Five days, with a new one-character, fully digital piece of art every weekday.
Multiple characters, traditional work can all be added for as little as $50 each.
Q : How does this week work?
Step 1 : I receive an email at MittyMandi@gmail.com with which week(s)
you’d like in them. I respond to this email, confirming your week(s). By sending
me your request, you have stated that you have read these FAQs, understand
the rules, and agree to abide by them.
Step 2) A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at least one month before
your week begins, to secure your slot reservation.
Step 3) At least two weeks prior to the start of your week, I receive an
email with a description of what you’d like to see for each day. I respond
with a final notice of amount due. If I do not receive all five ideas,
references, and payment in full before your week begins, your week
will be considered forfeit.
Step 4) Your week begins! For five days in a row, I will post a new piece
of art for you on my account on FA, DA and tumblr. The low-res image will be
posted. (see Step 5) Due to the nature of these commissions, I cannot
send preview sketches, or make edits on work after it has already been
posted, for any reason.
Step 5) Once your week is over, I send you an email containing all the
-hi-res versions of the art posted, suitable for printing.
Step 6) Dance!

enjoy a 10% off discount from both base fees and all additional fees for that day.
Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: YES! In order to pay in installments, I must know what you’d like me to draw
for your week ahead of time, BEFORE you start making payments.
When paying with installments, the $100 non-refundable deposit will be
considered your first payment. Payments can be made weekly or biweekly,
and the amount per payment period can be negotiated. All payments are non-refundable.
Late payments will incur a 7% late fee per day it is late. (E.g.,if a payment
of $100 is due on Sunday, but it’s not paid until Monday, it’ll be $107.
Tuesday will be $114.50, Wednesday will be $122.50, and so on)
Your entire week must be paid off before your week starts! If you have any questions or need clarification, please let me know.
Q : Can I rent for more than one week?
A : Absolutely! Let me know what weeks you’d like, and as long as they’re
available, you can have as many as you like.
Q : If I would like traditional work, will I receive the originals?
A: Of course! I'll wait till the end of the week then ship you all the originals.
Q: Will you ever sell prints of my commissions?
A : That depends. If you do NOT want me to sell prints of your commissions,
just let me know up front and it won't happen. If I don’t hear from you on
the matter, I will assume that it’s okay with you for me to sell prints.
Otherwise, I will most likely choose some, at my discretion, to sell at
conventions as prints. It is important to note that while I will honor any
request to not sell prints of your commission, I still retain full rights to
the work. This is true of virtually all commissions. If you’d like to
purchase the rights to the work, that can be negotiated.
Q : What weeks are you open?
A :Please CLICK HERE for a schedule UPDATED FOR 2015
NOTE : Rows listed as “Maybe” mean I don’t have solid information on when
events surrounding those weeks are happening (or I don’t know if I’m going for
sure) and I don’t know if I’ll be available for those weeks. Information will be added
when I receive it.
Q : I'm sold! How do I reserve a week?
A : Simply shoot an email over to mittymandi[at]gmail[dot]com, letting me
know which week you'd like, and we'll work from there! By sending me an
email, you have read and agreed to everything on this document.
THANKS FOR READING! :D
