More recently, I’ve focused on high-performance Java/Kotlin microservices backed by a MySQL/Cassandra database with data workflows involving Kafka. I love writing code and collaborating with others on today’s technical problems.

• Developed the aggregation layer that sits behind the API Gateway, orchestrating the calls to half a dozen microservices and packaging as a consumable JSON payload
• Developed reactive microservices with Spring WebFlux and Java/Kotlin to handle 1400 RPS in well under 500ms in the 99th percentile
• Developed stress testing code in Golang for the rollout of Item and Product services
• Developed pub-sub flows with Apache Kafka
