Chai Tea Lattes

Yield - 2-3 drinks
4 cups water
8 whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 whole allspice berries
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
4 black tea bags
1 teaspoon honey
2 cups almond milk
- Add the water, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger in a medium saucepan. Allow the mixture to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the tea bags to the water and allow to steep for another 10 minutes.
- Whisk in the honey and then strain the mixture.
- Add the almond milk to a small saucepan and whisk until frothy and warm.
- Add the tea to a cup and top with warm almond milk and the almond milk foam.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir.
