Tutorial :

1. Take a nap 5 to 7 pm.

2. Try to go to bed at 9-12.

3. Sslid :

-Focus on blackness behind eye lids. (15 sec )

-Listen to the tinitutus.   ( 15 sec )

-Feeling ur feet arms legs feel any sensation. ( 15 sec )

-Cycle 5 times.

-Fall asleep.

4. Use affirmation.

5. Set an alarm for 4 to 6 hours then get out of bed.

6. Go back to bed. ( do affirmations )

Affirmations :

" When I wake up I stay still and keep my eyes closed. "

-This is important because It causes sleep paralysis.

7. Visualize getting out of bed going to a mirror and see your reflection, feel the cold floor and wall. ( 15 sec )

8. If step 7 doesn't work / use exit cycle. ( 15 sec )

-Roll over technique ( 5 sec )

-Levitation ( 5 sec )

-Visualize your hands ( 5 sec )

-Cycle 3 times

If none of them work

*Go back to bed*

*try when u wake up again*
